Description of Work: I used an Angie's List deal to get a "tune up" because I had some spots, but [and as expected] it turned into a large estimate to do a much bigger job. They wouldn't actually do the small service (and after going through the entire re-roofing process with a different vendor, I'm not sure they can do anything for $59), even though there was a perfect candidate spot. I'm not sure if this "deal" was anything other than a "pay for an estimate" process. All that being said though, they did refund my $59 after they said they wouldn't do anything for my roof. So my rating is somewhat neutral as not to bias the reviews from people who had them do a full job.

Description of Work: While the work they did on the roof itself was satisfactory, workers bumped and moved our satellite dish. There was a cost to us to have it repositioned before we could get tv service. The company ignored our request they cover that cost.

Description of Work: Jimmy and his team repaired and resurfaced our roof. There were five people all together and the job was finished in one day. My husband went up to the roof several times during the day and he was very pleased with what he saw.

Description of Work: They never returned my calls to get an estimate. I cannot comment on the quality of their work but no customer service. I think they are just busy and don't need more business.

Description of Work: I had a leak through my roof into the kitchen sink. The first responder, the business owner, arrived in about 30 minutes; I was impressed with his punctuality and responsiveness. He told me the problem was with a scupper on my flat roof. He fixed it immediately and charged me a total of $400 plus the $59 Angie price. Unfortunately, two weeks later we had another storm and the leak was back, same place, just as bad. I called the next business day for help. I was told someone would be out in a couple of days; no one came. The designated responder had a serious health issue and my problem remained for another two weeks. The roofing tech (an employee, not the owner) arrived when he said he would. He was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes by re-doing the scupper repair the owner had made. No extra charge. I might call Circle G again, but I would ask for the same tech. I do feel their knowledge and experience is valuable, but I greatly doubt the $400 fee for literally 10-minutes of work which was insufficient plus a 3-week wait for a follow-up call which was done very well was really a fair exchange for me. If I call these folks again, I will get an estimate first and probably get a second opinion, too. I am very pleased with the final outcome, but I wish the work had been done correctly the first time around and at a better price.
