Chris is an awesome ally. We met when I called the phone
number listed on a ?for sale? sign in front of a cool house. Unfortunately, it
was under contract. I told Chris we were interviewing agents and he arranged to
meet us the same day. We knew from that first conversation that Chris is smart,
knowledgeable, and responsive. He gave us great advice about getting our home
ready to market, recommended a handyman for repairs, and arranged for
professional photos for the online listings. We had an offer three weeks later
and closed without problems.
Our buying process was less straightforward. We wanted a
home in a Central Phoenix historic neighborhood, and buying an older home
requires analyzing the cost and time investment for repairs and improvements.
Chris patiently guided us through inspections and connected us with contractors
for various quotes. After two homes didn?t work out, he steered us to the
perfect home for us at this point in our lives. Chris is generous with his time
and advice. He got to know us and understood our taste and needs. We?ve already
highly recommended Chris to family and friends. We look forward to an ongoing
friendship with Chris and his family.
