Description of Work: I got as bid to paint one room and one additional door. $600.00. Ridiculous. It took two days and two phone calls to get them to give me the bid and it was outrageous.

+ 0 moreThis company is very unprofessional. They are a franchise, yet do not support the other franchisees. I will not work with Anthony, he is not respectful, does not care about his customers.
Description of Work: Had a contract to paint the interior of my condo. While this was the highest quote I received, I planned to move forward as they seemed to do quality work. I was wrong, and after reading many negative reviews I will not use this company.

+ -1 morePainting was quoted at $5,200.00. Halfway through the job the owner's rep indicated that we would need to prime the building bringing the cost up to $7,000.00, a day later the price was up to $8,992.00. Although the job took longer than the owner anticipated I think they should have honored their original quote. At the time of the quote the owner saw that the paint was peeling on the building and that there would be a lot of additional prep work. Although the workers were pleasant and very diligent the owner didn't care he just wanted the job done quickly. Clean-up was horrible they did not place any tarps down as a result we have paint chips that we will never get out of the stone surrounding the property. We will probably have to replace the stone. Since we had no choice but to agree to the price increases I think that the owner was unprofessional and not caring at all about the mess they left because he thought the job took too long.
Description of Work: Company painted the exterior of a 3-unit townhome building. They also removed majority of the old paint since it was peeling. The process included a lot of hand sanding.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY OPERATES IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY WERE TIMELY IN THEIR QUOTE AND EFFICIENT ON THE JOB. THE FINAL WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
Description of Work: POWER WASHED ALL AREAS TO BE PAINTED, CAULKED AROUND WINDOWS/DOORS, SCRAPED OFF LOOSE PEELING PAINT, REPAIRED CRACKS, GAPS, AND HOLES. LIGHTLY HAND SANDED DOORS AND DOOR FRAMES. PAINTED EXTERIOR OF HOUSE (3700 SQ. FT. HOME) WITH DUNN-EDWARDS, FLAT ACRYLIC PAINT.
