Painting was quoted at $5,200.00. Halfway through the job the owner's rep indicated that we would need to prime the building bringing the cost up to $7,000.00, a day later the price was up to $8,992.00. Although the job took longer than the owner anticipated I think they should have honored their original quote. At the time of the quote the owner saw that the paint was peeling on the building and that there would be a lot of additional prep work. Although the workers were pleasant and very diligent the owner didn't care he just wanted the job done quickly. Clean-up was horrible they did not place any tarps down as a result we have paint chips that we will never get out of the stone surrounding the property. We will probably have to replace the stone. Since we had no choice but to agree to the price increases I think that the owner was unprofessional and not caring at all about the mess they left because he thought the job took too long.

THIS COMPANY OPERATES IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY WERE TIMELY IN THEIR QUOTE AND EFFICIENT ON THE JOB. THE FINAL WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
