Great job. Very friendly and timely on the initial contact, estimate and scheduling. The team arrived on time and got right to work. Very friendly. They asked me several times as the day progressed if there was anything else. (I had them for an "all day" special). Good job on the clean up. Very cost effective too. Very happy with my experience with CertaPro Painters of North Scottsdale. I would use them again!

Started by prepping house by moving objects and furniture close to the walls and putting them on top of plants, flowers. Then power washed the house and made a total mess of all the windows and never even offered to clean them Then team consisted of one worker who brought a female with him as an assistant one day who clearly did not have experience and one day the female and a young boy. The main worker didn't have any idea of the scope of the job. Didn't know he was supposed to pain the trim, doors, and block walls surrounding the house. The supervisor of the job never came to the job site until I complained in an e mail to the owner about what was going on. Even then, he didn't really seem to know the scope of the job either. Was supposed to have front door stained and after several conversations with the HOA to get approval etc, was informed by owner that staining the door a different color was not in the contract and only a clear coat was covered. Extra charge for the door would be $ 950.00 but he would deduct the $150.00 already figured into the price for the clear coat. The job was sloppy in several areas with paint onto frames were it was not supposed to be etc. Cleanup was very superficial and incomplete. Never put moldings back on the doors and left tape in the frames. Hoses were covered in stucco and paint. Did a final walk thru with the owner and showed him and explained all of my concerns. He thanked me for the constructive criticism but did not off any discount on the final price of $ 10, 330. Only offered to paint a very short wrought iron fence ( 15 feet long) for free. I am very disappointed by the work of this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Everything was fine. I have used them before. They did the entire inside and outside of the house. I was very satisfied and that was why I used them twice more.

The experience was very positive from beginning to end of work performed. John Antioco, the owner of CertaPro Painters of North Scottsdale scheduled the meeting for the estimate very quickly. He showed up on time as promised. He was professional and informative. While his estimate was not the cheapest I received, the price was very competive. However, I was won over by his professionalism, knowledge, the detail of the written estimate, and the assurances he gave me of being completely satisfied. The paining crew showed up on time each day. They were also very very professional and I apprecited that they had a supervisor among the crew. They cleaned up each day after they were done. They finished the job as promised. I could not be happier with the results. John Antioco visited me after the completion of the job to make sure I was completely happy; which I was.

They had excellent work and follow up. Their customer service was also excellent. This is why I called them back to have a sealant done on the ground of my covered patio.

It went well from the initial estimate. I liked the franchise owner. I liked him and it turned out to be correct. Services were performed while I was out of town, I returned and was extremely satisfied with both the work performed and the cleanliness of my condo.

They made this huge undertaking go much smoother than I had even dreamed possible. They did the exterior section by section, cleaning up beautifully each night with as little intrusion to us as possible. They did everything perfectly, to my specifications. They power washed the exterior before beginning. I would recommend these contentious, hard working painters.

THEY WERE ON TIME, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND REASONABLY PRICED.

THIS COMPANY OVERCHARGES. THEY SEND IN UNDER-QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. THEY TOOK TOO LONG TO DO JOB. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. SPILLED A BUCKET OF PAINT ON THE CARPET. BROKE LEG OFF OF WATER TUB IN LAUNDRY ROOM. COULD NOT TEXTURE PAINT A WALL, AND WE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THIS. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

WHILE ESTINATE WAS COMPETITIVE AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, THE WORK QUALITY WAS LACKING. IN THE WEEKS AND MONTHS FOLLOWING, WE NOTICED DRIPS ON FLOORS AND WINDOWS, AREAS OF CEILINGS MISSED, AND THE DRY WALL REPAIRS ARE OBVIOUS.

ANTHONY VAY HAS A WELL-RUN AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. HIS QUOTE WAS EXACT - NO HIDDEN CHARGES. HE MATCHED OUR BBQ & SHED TO HOUSE COLORS. HIS CREW WAS DEPENDABLE AND CLEANED UP DAILY DURING PROCESS.
