 + -1 moreI called Central Home Inspections on Friday, expecting to get an appointment for early the next week, but they had an opening for the very next day. Steve showed up on time and got right to work. He went from top to bottom, searching every corner and surface. He patiently explained what he was doing, and showed us where there may be some need for repairs. He finished in about two hours, and sent the report by email that afternoon.
Description of Work: This company consistently offers excellent service. The inspector showed up on time, got right to work, and finished ahead of schedule. He was even patient with us as we interrupted to ask questions. The report was clear, with photos and descriptions of what was found in the house. Based on his thorough inspection, I am purchasing the home with confidence. I highly recommend Central Home Inspections to anyone who is looking for a reputable home inspection company.
