Took my truck in for an oil change and alignment after replacing my lower ball joints. Gary the service advisor came in and told me the alignment was almost perfect and just needed a minor adjustment and wasn't even going to charge me for it. So instead I had them clean the fuel injectors and throttle body. My truck had 150,000 miles on it. It's a daily driver at 50 plus miles a day. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. That's why I keep going back.
Description of Work: Lube and oil change, fuel injector & throttle body cleaning.

Description of Work: Oil change. This time some of the threads in the oil pan came out on the drain plug. So they ordered new plug and recut the threads. When I paid my bill they didn't charge me for the plug I expected to pay for it since my truck has 142,000 miles on it. And as a mechanic I know the threads were worn from 9 years of servicing. They've never tried to sell me something I didn't need and informed me of needed work. |I've been using Carlife for a couple of years.

I bought a Groupon a while back for like 3 oil changes and tire rotations for $25 and I went for the first time in Dec. When I first walked in I was amazed! It was like walking into a hotel lobby. Very spacious, clean, and couches to sit on. The crew was very attentive to the details of my vehicle and did a great job!
