Description of Work: We purchased a dining room set in January 2003 with an extended warranty provided by 3rd party co. On Nov 23, 2005 two casters fell off a chair. We called Breuners & were told to contact 3rd party co. We gave them all of the info by phone. They required a written claim form. The 3rd party co. sent a technician on Dec 8, but not to repair the chair. He came to take pictures. On January 4, 2006, I called Breuners again regarding the parts. I did not get a response, so I called the store manager who as not available & never returned my call. When the parts finally arrived on Jan 12, I had to drive to Breuners to pick them up (50 mile round trip). The 3rd party co. then told me I had to wait another 5-7 business days for the technician to contact me; he finally did so on Jan 24 and set an appointment for Jan 28. He missed the time window that he requested and then asked to re-schedule. When he finally arrived, the job was completed in five minutes, 9 weeks after our initial claim.
