+ -1 moreDon’t use these people! During Covid I canceled my service the lady was so rude she yelled at me for coming in the office to ask about my service I proceeded to just cancel my services that day ! They then claimed I didn’t pay them while they cleaned my pool for one more month! Now they have a collection after me for them cleaning my pool without authorization! And filed a derogatory credit on my credit report! The owner Buddy should fire every one of those old rude ladies that work for him!! Oh and they don’t even take credit cards or any form of payment besides checks !! It’s 2022 not 1978 lol. Most expensive pool service ever !

Description of Work: Checks chemicals each week. Leaves a slip showing that they were on site and did their job and what time they did it.

+ -1 moreWhen their workers go on vacation, they don't send anyone at all for two weeks. A pool going without chemical for two weeks can get way out of whack. They are nice people and they get along with my tenants well, but they're not very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I have a couple of different people, all very nice, who maintain multiple pools. Price here is approximate for monthly service, pool only, including chemical. If the pool has a spa, it's about 100.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE USED BLUE WATER POOLS, FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS, FOR OUR WEEKLY POOL MAINTENANCE. THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB OF MAINTAINING OUR POOL, AS WELL AS, GIVING ADVICE ON SERVICES THAT NEED TO BE PERFORMED. I WOULD RECOMMEND BLUE WATER POOL CHEMICAL COMPANY!

+ -1 moreWE HAVE HAD THIS SERVICE FOR 6 YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY. I BELIEVE THE MONTHLY FEE TO BE REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER SERVICES. THEY ANSWER OUR CALLS AND QUESTIONS QUICKLY AND ARE VERY HELPFUL, EVEN WHEN WE NEED A REFERRAL FOR SERVICES THEY DO NOT PROVIDE.
Description of Work: PERFORMS WEEKLY POOL SERVICE AND CLEANING. INCLUDES CHEMICALS, CLEANING AND BACKWASH OF FILTER.
