The wood laminate and paint combination we chose worked out really well. That's the best I can say. I didn't receive proactive calls on which team, demo, flooring or painting would be arriving. I had to make the call for that information. I can get past that situation. However, the quality was a disaster. Laminate adhesive splashed on walls and sliding glass frame. Baseboards that were replaced had one that was bowed. Another one that was only propped against the previous tile baseboard . Not installed to the wood shelf frame. Multiple places such as fans. The blades were partially painted from sloppy work. Paint over tape that had been used. Bi-fold doors for laundry appliances were removed and not replaced because they were damaged. The rails had also been painted so they were unusable. I had to pay another company to repair/replace parts at a cost of $1200. Paint and tape left on door knobs. There was no cleanup of the newly installed laminate until I asked. I don't speak Spanish. There should be at least one contractor from each team that can speak English. I asked before the project began. "Do I need to move any items outside?" I was told that we can just move furniture from one side of the room to the other. When the salesperson arrived for the start. I was told "This is not good. I was supposed to have everything moved out". We had to scramble. We could have done that prior to the start. I paid for help moving heavy furniture out of the house and back into our house. The couple that arrived to help was cancelled. The salesman wrongly assumed the women was pregnant. She was offended by the comment and my wife and I strongly support her and her husband. The husband was in tears because the couple had hired a sitter for their children. Using the vehicles gas from 25 miles from our house thinking they were able to provide income for their family. Instead we were provided a guy that didn't want to work. The same salesperson/coordinator drove him away. This couple of temp workers that we insisted to be used were the best experience that we had at the end of the project. They truly did all that they could to help us. They were told that they would receive eight hours of pay. Then it was reduced to four hours. We payed the difference to them to make up what they should have been paid and more. Unless there is another salesperson/coordinator representing the company I would suggest that no one use the company. He was all friendly during the presentation and receiving the first check (3% charge if you use a card) and once the final payment was provided. He was a typical stereotype of a sales person. All smiles until after the final payment. Very disappointing.

I highly recommend Better Floors for the excellent job that they did in my home. David provided excellent customer service to us and the installers were very dependable and efficient.

Sales person was easy to deal with and I wold deal with them agaian if need be.

They did exactly what we agreed to right down to start time and finish time. Refreshing.

We had a short time frame. Better Floors worked with us to complete on time. They were very professional from sales to install crews. Quick response and competitive bid. For us they were a one stop shop which was huge as they installed not only tile and carpet, but also the molding. Highly recommend.

11/20/19 Edited review: Dave was great to work with and my vinyl floors and new baseboards look great, except for: Installers cut one vinyl plank too short around kitchen wall corner exposing the cement. I was told by Dave that he would have it repaired by the installer, which they did the next week.

They are very reasonably priced, and their workers were on time and efficient.

timely, fair price, quality work

Price was good. Customer service was good. Workers were great, friendly and nice. Quality of the end result....bad :( see my photos on Yelp...it says it all. What the salesman said and what I received were different. Vinyl was supposed to go under the base boards and under toilets, they did neither one.

Got in contact with Mason and his team of professionals and hired them to replace our floors and baseboards. They did a fantastic job and very accommodating to our schedule and budget. They took good care of us and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking at replacing their floors.

Upon the inspection of the work done, we had a few issues that were addressed. I feel that the job could have been neater. Caulking was a little messy and a few plank tiles were lifting at the end joints as well as along the length. Workers were brought back to address the peeling and things are better and I was told to wait a while to see if they went down, with the assurance if they did not that Better Floors would make it right to our satisfaction. Workers were very polite, hard working and very professional.

Dave Leadbetter, the owner of the company, came out to our home to quote us on carpet installation. After some bargaining, he called someone at his office whom he referred to as "his boss" and requested permission to give us a discount. After he conversed for a while with "his boss", he disconnected his cell phone and said, "You've got a deal". Clearly, although I did not know it until I examined the Better Floors report at Registrar of Contractors, Dave Leadbetter makes the decisions at Better Floors, so he was playing me the whole time. This seems to me like deceptive marketing. I was given an installation date of 10/16/18 when I wrote Better Floors a check for the initial deposit. My check was cashed the same day. After giving us excuses, "the carpet we had is defective, we need to order more," etc., the carpet was finally installed nearly two weeks later. Noticing that the carpet was the wrong color, we reported that fact to Mason Leadbetter, another owner of Better Floors, when he came out to inspect the job. He argued with me and threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not pay him the balance due immediately, despite the incorrect carpet color. After consulting with my attorney, I called Better Floors and told a man who said his name was "Nathan", supposedly Dave Leadbetter's boss, that we would sue Better Floors if they put a lien on my house. The next day, Mason Leadbetter called me and admitted that the carpet color was incorrect and that they would install the correct carpet. That took another two weeks to happen. We finally got the correct carpet and the installation job was excellent. We are very happy with our new carpeting but a bit leery about the integrity of Better Floors. I just think one could do "Better" than to hire Better Floors to do their carpeting job.

They said the product I picked out was warped, so installation was delayed a week. However, they finished the whole house in a day and half. Flooring looks great. Everyone was very professional. I love the flooring!

love them! I tried many Big Box Stores and Specialty Stores but I was never comfortable with their sales pitch or product . I even had their installers come to the house and give me estimates but they were either to pricey or didn't have answers to my questions . I tried Home Advisors and found Better Floors . They came to the house asked me some questions and based on my answers presented me with samples. They were patient with my indecision and helped me make a final one. Installation was great Carlos and Eduardo did a fine job . Thank you to Better Floors for making this process less painful than I anticipated.

Great company. Got the job done on schedule. Mason was great to work with and handled all my issues quickly. The installers were very good.

I recently had a flood. Once the damage team had finished. Better Floors came in and gave me a estimate that covered everything. They helped me solve all of my issues. The entire install took just 3 days for 2400 square feet. The Floor looks great and they were wonderful to deal with.
