The installation was only marginally OK. However, the threshold was not properly caulked allowing
water to enter under the doors which attracted termites that ate an oak trim piece on the inside of the
door. He refused to fix it. I need up paying Dimensional Millwork, the supplier of the french doors to fix it.

Wayne came out with a Sierra Pacific representative and measured, etc. for installation of windows. He then came out again for delivery and installation of the windows. He had a crew of 2 men with him. They were all very pleasant and performed excellent work with amazing speed. 7 windows/doors in 2 days!! I was a little surprised when presented with a bill at the end. I should have paid more attention to the estimate from the windows; didn't realize that the installation was separate. Not really a big deal, but more communication on the front end--an estimate when he came out to do the measuring--would have been more professional. And cleanup could have been more thorough--we have had to pickup quite a few nails, and a passthrough that they removed was just left in my backyard. We have more people coming, so maybe they thought the next crew would clean that up? Overall, though, I was very pleased with the outcome and would use them again.
