It's impeccable, their standards are really high.  It's really a great place.  I'd give them all "A's" and a plus if I could and I'd use them again.

I bought my car form here. They are very professional. They are one of the top dealerships in the Lexus networks in the United States. Their service is good, and they pay attention to detail. They discus things with you, and have a great lounge area. If it is going to take time, you get a free loaner car. They have great service here.

The parts were provided by Lexus because we asked if they could help us. Because we have been a loyal client to Bell Lexus, and after reviewing our service records on both our Toyota Tundra and our Lexus RX320, they were kind enough to help by providing the parts for the catalytic converter replacement.
I don't know what I would do without Eric in the service department at Bell Lexus. He is the best!! I love the fact that they provide a loaner car when a repair is being made, and it's usually a new model of what I'm driving. We have been pleased with the service for over 10 years!!

.My car is now 4 years old and Bell Lexux have given me wonderful service the whole time. They are very nice people to work and everybody is very welcoming and do whatever they can while you are waiting. They have rental cars as well.

Robert Luger is my service advisor, and he greeted me as I pulled up to the dealership. I had a coupon that I had recieved in the mail for $108 for this service which had expired at the end of Oct. I had previously called Rob and he agreed to extend the coupon thru November. We went over what services would be performed and he gave me the keys to a loaner and off I went. The service took about 3 hours and he called when it was completed. After he explained the charges on the bill and the results of the checklist on my car - there were a couple of extra charges for parts and a $10.00 charge for the loaner - I paid and left. Rob is teriffic and is always available to answer questions for me. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful.

I have used this dealership before and waited while my car was serviced. They have a very comfortable waiting room with t.v. and wi-fi. Food and drink is available.

It went very good overall. They are excellent dealers to deal with. I have had nothing but good luck with them. They are extremely professional, polite and flexible. They make the visit as pleasant as it could be. They have a nice lounge area and they are phenomenal. They always have the car done when they say they are. What needs to be fixed is always fixed.

Doug, my service advisor, is outstanding to work with. Although it is well known that you will pay a premium to have your car serviced at a dealer vs a private repair shop - for busy professionals the services provided by Bell Lexus make is worthwhile for general maintenance. Bell Lexus is appointment driven is this ensures that you are in and out in 15 minutes with a loaner vehicle. For my wife and I - this convenience makes the higher cost worthwhile. I have complete confidence that my vehicle will be maintained up to Lexus' high standards at Bell Lexus.

This was the third time I took my car there. They gave me a loaner but I have not been happy with their service. If they don't get it right next time I'm not going back, I've really had it with them. I don't think the mechanics are doing a good job.

When you purchase a vehicle from this place they really pamper you. Kind of like you are gods or something. I really loved them. I would for sure purchase another Lexus from this dealer. It was the best experience that I have ever had purchasing anything.

I HAD TO RETURN A SECOND TIME WHICH TOOK ALL DAY. THEN I HAD TO RETURN A THIRD TIME THAT REQUIRED AN ALL DAY STAY WHICH RESOLVED THE ISSUE, BUT THEY USED MY SPARE TIRE AND ONE OF THEIR NEW TIRES. SO I STILL HAVE A BAD TIRE FOR MY SPARE TIRE. NOW AFTER 2 1/2 DAYS THE VEHICLE VIRBRATION IS RETURNING.
