 + -1 moreBasically satisfactory. There have been some things that were deemed "adequate" that have been repaired or replaced, including water heater, garage door opener and garage door rails which he said he was not able to inspect fully. I should have insisted that he do a more thorough inspection of those things, but I wasn't there while he inspected because he told me to come back in 2 hours. He did seem to be knowledgable and he did report other things that needed attention and we followed up on those things. As it turns out, I would give him a B- now, but I would have given him an A- at the time.
