They were pretty poor at returning phone calls. Their staff switched up all the time. They did not put enough chemicals in the pool and it was just one thing after the other. I thought it was really expensive.

Our pool equipment was put together in stages by different people. Over the years I've had other pool service people who could not figure it out. With them, our pool and spa are always sparkling blue. Keeping these guys permanently.

Completely knowledgeable and prompt, this is the ONLY provider who understands my patchwork pool system and my cranky pool. Have had to switch providers due to costs and have ALWAYS regretted it. Ended up paying more for a pool that looks like a witch's cauldron. Will never call anybody else but these guys.

The pool water is not as clear as it should be. There is discoloration, it just looks bad. I called and got excuses about the weather but they were just here yesterday. Since I originally singed up with the company it has changed hands a few times and now is just dissatisfactory.

SHE INFORMED US THAT SHE IS VERY PLEASED WITH AZ POOL CARE'S SERVICE SINCE WE TOOK OVER THIS MARCH AND THAT THE COMMENTS THAT WERE IN THE REPORT WERE INTENDED TO BE ABOUT THE COMPANY SHE DISCONTINUED SERVICE WITH. SHE SAID THAT SHE USES ANGIE'S LIST A LOT AND THAT SHE WOULD TRY TO RECTIFY THE INFORMATION THAT SEEMS TO REFLECT BADLY ON AZ POOL CARE. I DID HER POOL TODAY AND IT LOOKED GREAT.--PJ"

THIS COMPANY DOES A GOOD JOB WITH KEEPING OUR POOL CLEAN. THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME OTHER COMPANIES. HOWEVER, THEY ARE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND WILL CALL WITH ANY CHANGES TO THEIR WEEKLY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE.
