Programming a Universal Remote Control is no easy task. Alan was timely, efficient and most of all knowledgeable. I wish I knew about him 2 years ago when I went with a local company to upgrade my TV/Audio system. He was patient; even with all the questions I had. I tore up all the other AV cards from all the other 'professionals' who have tried to configure my system. The only card I am keeping is his. AV Doctors.
