+ -1 moreI had been referred to Augusta by Angie's List. It was only after Jim had come to the site that I consulted the Better Business Bureau and Registrar of Contractors. Augusta had an "Unsatisfactory" rating with the BBB and their license was under suspension at the ROC due to lack of a bond. I emailed Jim referencing these two issues and gave him a chance to make corrections, if any. I never had a response and thus eliminated Augusta Grass and Greens from contention.
Description of Work: This was a quote for installing a putting green in my back yard. A design consultant, Jim Carpenter, came to my site and took measurements.

+ -1 moreThey were good about installing the grass. There were a few problems and they came right back to fix them. The whole thing looks beautiful and I would recommend them to other people any time. They are professional and answer your questions. The prices were not bad either.
Description of Work: They installed a new synthetic 1200 square foot lawn.
