I had been referred to Augusta by Angie's List. It was only after Jim had come to the site that I consulted the Better Business Bureau and Registrar of Contractors. Augusta had an "Unsatisfactory" rating with the BBB and their license was under suspension at the ROC due to lack of a bond. I emailed Jim referencing these two issues and gave him a chance to make corrections, if any. I never had a response and thus eliminated Augusta Grass and Greens from contention.

They were good about installing the grass. There were a few problems and they came right back to fix them. The whole thing looks beautiful and I would recommend them to other people any time. They are professional and answer your questions. The prices were not bad either.
