Very well. Being from a very small town in Colorado I was not quite prepared for the prices in a city but I think it was fair. Levi put new locks on all the doors (including the screen doors) so all the locks could use the same key. He was very professional and okayed the price with me before commencing the work. I would definitely use him again and I recommend him to others.

I requested a certain style and finish of lock for my newly purchased home which Levi went out of his way to find (as he didn't have it in his truck).  He matched the finishes on every door that was changed/updated. The best thing was after Levi first arrived and I explained what I wanted, he told me exactly what was required and what he would need to complete the job.  
Prior to arriving, Levi called me to let me know his arrival time (he provides a two hour window).  He arrived 5 minutes prior to what he stated.  Since he had to leave to find the main door handle and locks (with the finish I requested) he also provided arrival time for the second part of lock replacement.
I must say that Levi's work ethic is outstanding!  Seriously.  Professional, no-nonsense, and honest.  His responsiveness is fantastic and his knowledge of locksmithing deep.  I would recommend him 100% and will only use his services for any future needs.

My wife and I came home after doing some shopping to discover that the stick that locks the door from the inside fell down. neither of us had the key to the front so we basically got locked out.
