 + 0 moreThe salesman, Chris, was on time every time. Jodie did the scheduling and couldn't have been nicer. The installers, Igor and Denis were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up every evening. They hauled the old carpet away per agreement and were done in the promised time frame. I'd use them again.
Description of Work: New engineered hardwood floors in four bedrooms.

 + 0 moreI was happy with the selection available and the price was about the same as other vendors for the same product. The thing that I liked about them is that they supplied the installers who were their employees. This would eliminate any conflict if there was a problem down the road. One point which could cause a problem for some people is that floor "leveling" is not really mentioned in the sales process. The contract states you get 2 bags of material or 1 hour of grinding to level the floor. This was not a problem for me because my job only required one extra bag of material. However my neighbor used this vendor and required 10 extra bags of material at a cost of $650. I was happy with the company however I would not recommend the sales person I worked with - Daren. He really did not follow through when he said he would do something. He was somewhat of a fast talking salesman, saying something one time and later changing his story.

 + -1 moreOne worker completed our entire job himself. I was surprised that it wasn't a bigger crew, but S.T. was prompt and hardworking, and finished the entire job in the three days we were quoted. The only drawback was that the job produces lots of dust, which we were warned about beforehand, so weren't surprised about, but be prepared to do some serious dusting afterward. S.T. cleaned up after the job and even helped me move back some of the heavier furniture. The new wood looks great. I received a call from the company today asking how everything went and they offered me a free floor care kit that I could come and pick up. Very satisfied with this company and would recommend them in the future.
Description of Work: Wanted to replace carpet with hardwood flooring in home office, front room, dining room and family room. I had read good reviews on this company so had them come out for a free estimate. Ryan who came out to do the measurement and estimate was prompt and knowledgeable. Another company had told us it would be impossible to abut the wood against the tile without using T-pieces and they went so far as to suggest they would need to tear up some tile, which was unacceptable for us. Ryan told us that would not be necessary and we felt confident in his knowledge, so we decided to go with them. They even went so far as to honor the lower price quote from the other company. They removed and disposed of old carpet and pads, cleaned up, prepared concrete, undercut baseboards and installed new engineered wood.
