 + -1 moreThe tile was not stripped, they came with their carpet cleaning machine, cleaned it and put a heavy wax over the top of it. They promised that any existing stains would come up during the stripping process. They simply put wax over the existing sealant which makes things worse. The mop with the wax on it was left sitting in an area where there is now a large dark stain and drips from the wax not being mopped up and was allowed to dry on the tile. AZ Clean Tech is blaming this job on another company (even though the guys who did the work are the same guys who were sent to do the estimate by AZ Clean Tech). They are not standing behind their work after weeks of promising they would correct it. And please don't fall for they "dying father" story like I did. Stay away from all three companies that are involved with each other Ultimate Tile & Carpet Cleaning, AZ Clean Tech, and Zee Best.
Description of Work: Provider came out for estimate of stripping, cleaning, and resealing saltillo tile. Everything clearly written on an invoice. They came out to do the work but did not strip the tile. They told me it would be a 2 day job but they packed up and left while I picked up my son without completing the job.

Description of Work: From the moment they arrived, they were constantly trying to upsell their services from what I purchased using a groupon. I told them I only wanted the service the Groupon covered but he kept telling me I needed the service because the tile grout was in bad shape. After the third attempt (and after he lowered the price), I decided to do it. However, the end result wasn't noticeable. He stated he couldn't get the tile grout clean and it was permanently stained. While the tile was cleaner than when they arrived, you would never notice they did any work on the grout. I would not recommend their service.
