ARIZONA AUTO WASH

The vehicle was very clean, especially after a famous Arizona dust storm. However, the total wash took over 45 minutes. The manager seemed apologetic at first, but after the second time being told "it should be just 5 minutes more" I realized he was just placating me. I walked over to the vehicle and was disappointed to learn the drying and interior cleaning had not even begun despite the fact at least 4 cars that were behind me had been completed by this time. Probably would have taken another 30 minutes at the pace they were going, so I just took the car. Manager would not refund any portion of the wash. I was more than willing to pay for the exterior wash (the equivalent of the "basic"), but they would not refund the difference. It's a shame because they are close to my house and I'll never go back because of the terrible service. Bottom line: Decent wash, but terrible service and excessive wait (after the car has been washed, but not dryed).

The windows were dirty, the top of the car was dirty, there was grease on the floor mat and the seat. When I went back they treated me as if I was asking for the impossible to have the car washed and the windows washed and the grease removed. I called the corporate office 20 times in a 6 week period as I had bought a coupon for 4 car washed and I did not want to ever go back there. I left the messages for two different people as well as talking with the receptionist and no one ever called me.

THEY DO RESPOND TO QUESTIONS. NOT A GOOD COMPANY WORK WITH. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. DO BE AWARE.
