Excellent! Russell came to my location and measured the windows in question. He was on time and very professional. I have retained Arcadia Blind and Shutter in the past and have always been very happy with their service and products. In this instance, I purchased HunterDouglas, battery-powered roll-down shades and they are outstanding. Russell helped me select a fabric and his advice was spot on. The color and fabric density is exactly what I needed. With my western exposure, the afternoon sun is extremely intense and the shades allow just enough light to enter, while keeping out the harsh brightness of the sun. A great job, a fair price, and always-excellent service and assistance.

Russell and his company are fantastic. Russell was always available and very professional. In addition, he was very ethical to work with and was there from initial consultation thru the final installation. I would not use anyone else for any future needs, it was a pleasure to work with him and the prices and installation were spot on.

I had both plantation shutters and vertical blinds installed and I am very pleased with how they look!

The whole process went very well. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and the service was very professional. The only downside was that it took approximately a month from when the blinds were ordered to when they arrived and could be installed. There was one mishap on the original installations. But the matter was resolved immediately and someone came out the very next day to fix the issue. Overall, we have no complaints and would recommend using them if you have any interest in installing plantation shutters.

The owner, Russell, arranged to fit us into his tight schedule so that we could get an early start on obtaing the much needed heat reducing window covering. The blinds he suggested (Hunter Douglas Duette Architella classic) were just what we needed and the installation went as scheduled, was done with care and accuracy, and the price was very fair.

Russell met with us in our home and his showroom to go over many many options for window coverings for our new home. My husband and I had no idea what we wanted and at first seemed to like really different things. Russell was extremely patient, full of great suggestions, and sent us home with his huge sample book to make our final selections. He kept us informed of the status of our order, arrived promptly when scheduled to install, and when he wasn't satisfied with the look in one of the rooms he let us know that he'd like to work with us at no extra cost to make it look even better. Mr Russell SEpulveda (owner) came to our home and measured all windows even though we were not sure how much work we were going to contract with him. He was a wise man, because he saved himself an extra trip. We were very pleased with his initial work and gave the remainder of the business to him.
He is very profesional,pleasant, and efficient. He was able to give us an exact estimate for each peice while he was in our home and delievery time was relatively swift for the Hunter Douglas products. The shutters took longer (about 5-6 weeks) and were from a different manufacturer.
His prices for the same high quality products were about 35% less than his and quot;discountedand quot; competitors were quoting.

This was an amazing experience for me as the owner, Russell Sepulveda worked with me patiently to select the right product, the right color and install the wood blinds in my home. Russell is very knowledgeable about his products. He helped me select the perfect color also and gave me advice about painting the wood window casings that were going to be installed to compliment the new windows that I just had installed throughout my home. I couldn't be happier about the price or the service. Russell worked with my schedule and was always prompt and courteous. I was amazed at the price he was able to give me. Just go to Arcadia Blinds and Shutters. They are family owned, friendly, and fun to work with. I have moved probably 25 times in my life. Every home has always had one problem window that I would spend way to much time pondering over/buying expensive magazines/cutting out pictures and then usually not finish the project until selling the home.

I have been in my Paradise Valley home for 5 years with beautiful french doors in my MBR flanking a fireplace. They are tall and make a statement. I had struggled with the heavy drapes daily and then one day we were robbed because the heavy drapery got stuck in the door and it did not lock. However, I had no idea what to do as they are a focal point and would make or break the decor.

Russel (owner) came in and within 15 minutes had the problem solved....and it was half the cost of what I thought needed to be done. He assesed my style and worked with what I already had and just layered it to ensure a great look while keeping them classic and user friendly...I am totally thrilled with the whole look

My second issue was drapes that were totally destroyed by a squirrel who got locked in the house and I assume went mad trying to get out as everything was shredded beyond repair. Again, Russell came in and instead of talking me into something I wasn't ready for (I had not intended to have to buy drapes for this room) So he gave me a good inexpensive alternative and then told me when I was ready he would connect me with a decorator he thought would fit my style.

This family owned company is wonderful! They are extremely professional and really treat the client well.

I was unsure about what type of window treatments I wanted for my home office, second bedroom and kitchen. I wanted to block the hot Arizona sun and yet wanted the window coverings to be classy. I found Russell, the owner, to be very knowledgeable and helpful about the various window treatments. In fact he came to my home on two separate occasions, once to bring various decorating books and a second time to bring actual color samples. Although I usually shop around before making a purchase, I liked both Russell and his sister so much, that I ordered the shades and wooden blinds from them without checking with others.

Customer service is very important to this company. In fact when the shades which had been custom ordered took longer than inspected, Russell even offered to install temporary shades in my kitchen. After the job had been completed, I received a handwritten personalized thank you note with a special offer to me on a future order.

I can highly recommend this company to others. They are extremely nice to deal with, offer quality products and are prompt and efficient.
