Aquatic Pool Heating

Contacted Home Advisor and received three phone calls and Matt was the only one to come out within the next 48 hours. I have to say he is one of the most intelligent, professional and personable pool specialists I have dealt with since moving to Arizona last summer. We have utilized four different Pool Services and have never been completely satisfied. Matt and Josh did an exceptional job of installing our new heat pump. A super quiet and efficient pump which is much better then the other two brands that were offered for the same price from other services. I highly recommend this company! My install was not easy due to the space constraints but they got the job scheduled and completed within 48 hours of me accepting their bid. They are professional in every way including Lena, who was my main contact initially and throughout the scheduling process. Thank you again to Matt, Josh, Lena and HomeAdvisor.

I couldn't be more satisfied with Aquatic Pool Heating. They replaced a heater and four lights in the pool, and did excellent work with excellent service before and after the repair. I was particularly impressed with their communication and scheduling options -- things some other companies often overlook. They had a very fair price and I'd highly recommend them.

They came out looked over the job, gave us a estimate to fix the problem with two methods and then when we chose the one we wanted they gave us a date to do the work and it was done on that day. The work was done yesterday and it was also Mrs. Harrison's birthday.

Expedient, professional, respectful, and saved me thousands of dollars, because he fixed the problem, rather than requiring replacement of the pool heater! And he rat-proofed the entire unit AND got rid of waste left from previous workers that replaced parts AND he fixed my leaky spigot - without asking OR charging!

They were very prompt and professional. They even worked weekends without additional fees. They analysed the problem one day and replaced the part the next.

Efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Had the heater up and running in about an hour with a thorough explanation of what occurred and what needed to be replaced. It's nice to know there is a real expert in pool heating available in the area.

Matt did a complete job of analyzing and repairing the issue. Even the Hayward "pro" who came out 1st couldn't/wouldn't figure it out. he just recommended I buy a new heater.
