She gave a good, fair estimate and a full explanation of our house, our neighborhood, and the market in general. We needed to sell the home fast, and she explained the pricing to do that.
Beyond that, she had a lot of ideas on how to make the house more attractive to buyers. Little things that really made a difference. She was there often, always available when we had questions or just needed a status update. She held many open houses, and things for other agents.In a terrible market, she sold our house in 3 weeks.
I'd recommend her to anyone. She's very experienced, very honest, and very, very smart.
