I would not recommend anyone to use this company. He seemed professional but when we moved into the house that he had missed several important details and it wound up costing an additional amount of money for other providers. He left several important plumbing issues without our knowledge and after calling him he stated they were no longer responsible for the repairs.
Description of Work: We used him to inspect our new home and he wasn't very thorough.

BY USING THIS COMPANY, I WAS ABLE TO HAVE SOME REPAIRS COMPLETED BY THE SELLER PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE HOUSE. IN THE END, WE SAVED OURSELVES WELL OVER THE $325 INSPECTION FEE AND FELT MORE COMFORTABLE WITH OUR PURCHASE.
Description of Work: INSPECTED ENTIRE HOUSE AND POOL PRIOR TO OUR PURCHASE. ROGER WAS VERY THOROUGH AND DETAILED IN HIS REPORT. HE CLIMBED ALL OVER THE HOUSE BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AND INSPECTED ALL ITEMS OUTLINED IN ORIGINAL BID.

DID HOME INSPECTION WITHOUT REALTOR PRESENT. DID NOT REPORT CODE VIOLATION ON ELECTRIC, DID NOT NOTICE ELECTRIC OUTLET FOR DRYER WAS NOT THE CORRECT AMPAGE, CAUSED BREAKER TO BLOW OUT AND HAD TO BE REPLACED, DID NOT CALL OUT POOL REPAIRS NECESSARY. WE FELT THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL.
Description of Work: PERFORMED HOME INSPECTION ON NEW HOME PURCHASE.
