Customers come first there number 1, they have a knowledgeable team that answers all your questions even how dumb they are because customer service is number 1 and defeats all the other alarm companies. American Smart Homes is number 1 hands down. Great team over there.

Great people work for this company, they are honest and want the best for you the customer. Customers care is number 1 for this company and what beats the rest of the alarm companies out there. Go in with confidence they will take care of you. Don not be scared to ask questions, they will answer them with great knowledge. I am so happy that I chose American Smart Homes, they raised the bar for alarm companies out there and defeat the rest in my book.

The technology for alarms has changed over the years and this company did a great job explaining options for security. The work was done quickly and on time as well as within the price quoted which was better than the competition. I would highly recommend for install and monitoring.
