THE COMPANY ENTICED ME WITH A 3/1 CONVENTIONAL ARM, BUT A FULL MONTH AFTER I SHOULD HAVE CLOSED THEY TOLD ME I ONLY QUALIFIED FOR AN FHA LOAN. THIS LOAN NOT ONLY HAD A HIGHER INTEREST RATE, BUT ALSO ENDED UP BEING ONLY A 1-YEAR ARM. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE IT, BUT WAS EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
