+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY ENTICED ME WITH A 3/1 CONVENTIONAL ARM, BUT A FULL MONTH AFTER I SHOULD HAVE CLOSED THEY TOLD ME I ONLY QUALIFIED FOR AN FHA LOAN. THIS LOAN NOT ONLY HAD A HIGHER INTEREST RATE, BUT ALSO ENDED UP BEING ONLY A 1-YEAR ARM. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE IT, BUT WAS EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY ACTED AS A MORTGAGE BROKER FOR MY FIRST HOME. THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN WAS $154,280 AND THE TOTAL FEES CHARGED WERE $825, NOT INCLUDING THE HIGHER INTEREST RATE AFTER THE 'BAIT AND SWITCH'.
