Wayne started off very strong and was always amiable. However, his quality of work dropped of precipitously over time. In fact over the off season he had him on camera literally walking around the pool and barely skimming anything at all multiple times leading to his dismissal. We feel that if you pay for a service you should get it and we didn't many times. Again he is a very nice guy but if you are not going to do the work then you should not charge for the services.

Excellent service. Wayne has also cleaned and changed our filter and provided feedback and guidance on pool care. He is knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
