The process of finding and purchasing a condo went extremely well and Alyssa made it the whole process easy. Since my wife and I were out of state buyers and it was our first time purchasing a condo, we weren't familiar with Arizona Real Estate laws and rules. Alyssa walked us through all the inspections and paperwork and was always very prompt about answering our questions and explaining what needed to be done. The level of service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend Ms. Samuelson for any real estate transactions.

Before learning about Ms. Samuelson's firm I wasted a year with another outfit that didn't even come close to finding a buyer. She had it sold very quickly and carefully led me through all the details that needed attention. She also recommended good local cleaners and a handyman who got the place in shape, which I couldn't do myself, since I live in another state. She is always accessible, returns calls promptly, and her advice is sound. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor's services.

Alyssa, is with no doubt the best real estate agent we could have asked for. She helped us with every step. We worked with her for over 6 months to find the right house at the right price. We had three offers fall apart due to various reasons outside of her control. The fourth and final contract was probably the most difficult and challenging for all involved. There were several moving parts to the transaction, and Alyssa kept everything organized. Her responsiveness was incredible. It was like we were her only clients ( I know we were not). Alyssa helped us buy a home when we relocated from across the country. I actually found out about her from Angie's List, and I'm glad I did! During the one visit I had to the area before the move, there was no pressure at all to find a home during that visit, but when I did, she helped us quickly make an offer and navigated the entire process for us from a distance. We were kept up-to-date on everything that happened and I never felt like she didn't have time for us (like I have with other agents in the past). I wholeheartedly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking to buy or rent a home, and I know we will definitely be calling her when the time comes to sell our home in the future.

Alyssa is absolutely fantastic. We contacted her when we visited Phoenix in advance of our relocation. Before we arrived, she spoke with us via phone and email to find out what we were interested in. When we got to Arizona, she went out of her way to meet with us on a Friday evening,  even though we had gotten in touch with her on short notice and she was leaving for an out-of-town trip. She provided maps and printouts of neighborhoods throughout the area so we could explore the city and get a better feel for things. She stayed in contact throughout the weekend to see how we were doing and if we had any questions.
When our move date got closer, she was in constant contact with us, sending listings and updates, checking on properties that interested us, and helping with applications. Since we were managing most of our move from the East Coast, she even physically went to look at some properties on our behalf. She quickly found answers to any questions we had, and she coordinated interactions with other agents and rental companies. She helped us through the entire process, start to finish.
I have honestly never worked with someone who is so on top of things. Alyssa is extremely dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She is also very friendly and a joy to work with.  I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking to rent or buy a property.

Honestly, I don't know what more we could have asked. Alyssa was always available to us. I'm not sure when she gets any time off. I think it's important to know that she put her focus on exactly the type of home and the specific neighborhoods we had specified at the very beginning. We always felt that she listened to what we were saying and never tried to lead us in a direction that we didn't want to go. By far, hands down, and without a doubt the absolute best Realtor I've ever dealt with. Don't waste your time looking around. You will not find anyone you'll be happier with than Alyssa. She replies to emails quickly, and made us feel that we were her only customer. She also made us feel that our protection was her biggest concern. I was floored that she never once failed to reply to an email timely. And if she said she'd do something, she did it. She kept track of things that we just didn't have time to keep track of. I think she must have twin sister that she doesn't mention, because she does the work of two people. And she always had a smile.

Alyssa is very in tune with the Scottsdale real estate market and worked with me patiently and thoroughly.  I know her relationships in the field helped her close the sale of my new home purchase, at a very good market price.  She worked with me for months showing me homes to narrow my focus before I moved to the area and before I could even make an offer on a home.  That way, once my old home sold out of state, I could move quickly on a home here.  She was also able to help me rent a home for two months while we were working on the final search and closing stages.  I look forward to working with her again and will definitely refer business to her.

Alyssa provided excellent service.  She is friendly, engaging, savvy, and I don't believe anyone outhustles her in providing service.  She was patient and very conscious of listening to us as our home search strategy evolved over a period of months in what had become a hot seller's market.  She never pushed anything on us that wasn't in our stated price range.  She offered candid advice, reflecting her grasp of the real estate market, and steered us towards or away from properties that had elements we might not have perceived or appreciated. Alyssa is extremely organized and hard-working.  It always felt like she was there for us, giving us the best shot to jump on listings as they arose.  She kept in close communication, day or night, even when she was out of town on a weekend, or even when she was away on a long-planned trip to Africa!  She knew what her internet capabilities would be and kept things flowing seamlessly even from half a world away!  Truly exceptional!  She held our hands as we picked our way through our first-time home buying experience, was a strong advocate/counselor in our behalf, and was simply delightful to work with.

As trustee of an estate, I had to perform monetary and real estate distributions in within a timely manner.  I engaged Alyssa Samuelson at Success Real Estate Group, in the early part of September of 2011.  She and her team not only made the process very simple, but went above and beyond to assist me with finding qualified contractors to perform some necessary work; then monitored the repairs; giving me updates on the progress.  They offered me advice on what changes to the house were necessary to increase my chances for selling it quickly.

It was evident right from the start we were getting a number of showings, as the broker cards continued to be left inside the house.  They provided custom feature cards which were displayed next to key features of the property.  They assisted me with closing, ensuring I had all the proper paperwork ready.  A great deal of the work was done electronically emailing me easy to understand forms.   That really streamlined the process, and allowed me to review, sign, save, and print them from anywhere. 

Thanks to all their help we had a great offer on the home within 30 days, creating a win win situation for everyone.
