Kim did a great job in getting me a great rate, did all the paperwork and made it very easy for me to do a refinance. Some personal reasons on my side caused some issues, but she was able still able to work it all out. She did a fantastic job and I can't recommend her enough. I was originally refered to her by someone else who used her before.
