It seemed to go well, although I am still seeing a bug here and there, do not want to touch the traps myself. Will have them come out again in a few weeks to check traps and to another spray.

Initial assessment was ok, followed by serviceman, he set two traps with PB, and two bait boxes. No one ever returned to check the traps even after I called twice to schedule a follow-up. . I was told they would come back for a scheduled visit in two days after my second call, I would not use this company again or refer anyone to them.

We did the initial inspection for rodents on 9/18, discussed price and set appointment to set traps. Our discussion with the husband at that time, to minimize their cost, was that they would check the traps and we would come our if they caught any rodents. Our technician set the traps on 9/21. The wife called our office on or about 10/3 about a bee problem and declined service. We called the customer on 10/4 to check with them if any rodents had been caught, there was no answer, so we left a message. We call again on 10/6 to check on the rodents, but the mail box was full, so we could not leave a message. We have no record of any return calls. We have called the customer again today, and have an appointment today to again discuss the bee removal and to check the traps.

They came out the same day and put out some baited sticky boards and traps. Two rats were caught and that was the end of it. We used a AL coupon for the service, which was a good deal.

Description of Work: They said they were going to set rat traps, in laundry room and outside perimeter. I thought here was guy who would do the job right. No tenant saw any traps. He said he'd be back in 2 weeks to |Just double check activity. And set more traps. |I'd have thought he'd call me with his rodent catch count. Without any proof he was there, I'd say he pocketed that money laughing his way to the bank. The rats are active still. |This is the sad fate of long distance landlords

Excellent service. We had an invasion of ants about 2 weeks after their initial visit and they promptly came out and treated for them at no extra charge. Ants are gone!

We have just moved to this address 3 months ago. about a month here we noticed fleas and ants coming in under an outreach window off the kitchen. We called Alliance because we have always used them. This property is our third and we highly recommend this company. They are quite quick when there is an emergency, very knowledgeable about the work they do, they will explain and answer all questions. The professionalism is out standing. We have used them for termites, scorpions and black widow spiders at previous properties. Now for ants and ground squirrels here. Their prices are very reasonable and they get the job done.
