+ -1 moreThis small company can't keep their facts straight. Our compressor kept going out during 115* heat and we were lied to several times about when it would get replaced. First we had the a/C unit serviced and were told everything was great...two days later the compressor started acting up. We were told the new compressor was in, but other customers were without air...so we got pushed out. Come to find out, the part wasn't in yet, so we git pushed out two more days. Part still not in and now it's 118* today and was told by Brian that he's not sending anyone out today and we will have to wait til Monday! Unacceptable product and customer service. They also keep telling us our warranty is for 2 years when our paperwork states 5-10! This company lacks INTEGRITY!

+ -1 moreTHE GUY DIDN'T REALLY APPEAR TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. SEEMED LIKE HE WANTED TO DO MORE WORK ON OUR HOUSE AND BE ABLE TO CHARGE US AND THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AT THE SAME TIME.
Description of Work: CAME FROM HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO LOOK AT AIR CONDITIONER THAT WASN'T WORKING. (WINDOW UNIT) ALSO LOOKED AT HOME UNIT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY.
