After my accident, Marcel and his team members like Linda and Joe really went above and beyond to make my car look like it is new again! Great ! I drove down from LA to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday when I unfortunately snagged my front bumper over a low curb and needed it to be reattached quickly over the holiday weekend so I could make it back to LA safely and in one piece. Thankfully Airpark Collision was open and the staff was very helpful and efficient. Getting my front bumper back on didn’t take too long and the final product looked immaculate - as if no damage had been done in the first place. The people in the office were friendly and welcoming and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. God forbid if anything like this happens again while visiting the area, I would definitely bring my car back here. Fair prices and overall a pleasant experience.

I brought my car in after someone hit me in a parking lot. My vehicle had very minor front end damage, yet it took them 3 months to finish my car. Every time I would call to check in on the car, they would tell me it would be finished in the next couple days, and that went on for weeks. Finally, after 3 months, the car was done and still had damage. They clearly did not test drive the car, because as I was driving it home, my steering wheel would lock up when I would turn the wheel, which is super safe when you’re driving on the freeway! The front bumper fitment is terrible and the fender liner doesn’t line up with my fender. So, I took it back to the shop, they told me they would pay for a rental car while they fixed the steering and the other small issues. Another 3 weeks goes by until I pick up the car again, they had to take my car to the dealership because they didn’t know how to fix the steering and they completely ignored the other issues like the bumper fitment and fender liner. My service manager Jim told me to bring it back again so they can fix it, but I was sick of not having my car at that point, so I didn’t take it back. Finally, I received a bill from enterprise for over $500 for the rental they told me they would pay for, for giving me my vehicle back damaged and unsafe. I had to call 4 times before the GM actually had time to talk to me, and basically told me I was a liar and that Jim would never tell me that they would pay for a rental. So now the rental charge is on me. This body shop was amazingly disappointing and I hope you do not waste your time and money coming here. All the employees except one of the shop guys were very dishonest. I was even told by one of the shop guys that my car was done, yet when I called, they lied to me and said they needed it for a few more days. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this shop.

I went to air park collision after a collision with my garage door, the body work and paint was excellent and completed ahead of time. My vehicle was ready to pick up on time. I have been back a few times for minor dents and scratches. The service staff is always great and body work and paint done exceeded expectations.

They were very quick and did a great job. Even completed it a day early.

Dave and his team very nice to work with. Honest about the work and did what they could to keep the costs as minimal as possible. They also finished and detailed the car in less than a week. Which considering the work I had done, was quite exceptional.

From the beginning (getting an estimate), during the repair (being informed the repair was on schedule to be done on time), to the final completion (picking up the car), the entire process was flawless. The repair was perfect, you would never know there was any damage. All personnel we dealt with were courteous, professional, and great all around. We would definitely use them for any future body work we may have and highly recommend them.

Apparently, someone had backed into me and pushed out the back panel of my CRV. Also, my back door automatic lock would not stay locked. I brought the car to Airpark Collision and met with the estimator, Gerald. He investigated the issue and while speaking to me he physically adjusted the panel back into position, saving me the expense of having to have work done on it! He easily could have said it had to be brought into the shop to work on, knowing that I knew very little about body work, but he didn't! I really appreciated his honesty! It is refreshing... since being a widow, I have unfortunately been taken advantage of financially by individuals and companies that are only interested in making money!.. especially in matters that most women are not well versed. He then consulted with one of the mechanics and looked up the information that might help fix the door lock situation. He then wrote an estimate for $120. Including parts and labor...Which I felt was very fair since it required taking off the door and doing some timely work. I left the car with them and had my friend pick me up.  The work was done quickly and adequately! And knowing that I had no way to get there to pick up the car they sent a very nice employee, Al, with my car, to my house to pick me up. I drove him back to the shop and paid my bill. I was very pleased with the attention and consideration given to me by this company. I will definitely go there if I am ever in need of any body work!

This time, we were a little disappointed. We had asked them to do something and they were supposed to buff out the whole car. They only did the hood. We brought it back. The manager was pretty accommodating but the one who actually did it insinuated that he did it. Obviously, he didn't. They did take it back and do it but it was incovenient. They did get taken care of after that but it was just kind of a hassle to deal with. They were able to go back and take care of it for us once they were there. The price was actually pretty reasonable. The manager was very professional and he made it right but the technician was very disrespectful.

I had already had an independent adjuster give me an idea as to what to expect. When I went into Airpark Collision Center, I had Jeff give me an estimate. He spent the time to tell me each item that needed to be addressed. in addition to simply telling me that I needed a new quarter panel, door and wheel, he explained exactly what needed to be done to accomplish those repairs. He explained how the painting, and small details were to be addressed so that when the job was done, everything would blend together. Jeff told me that it would take 10 working days. The price he quoted was right on target.

when I left the car, Jeff gave me an expected completion date. every 2 days while they had my car, they called to give me an update and to confirm the expected completion date. On the expected completion date, the job was finished and the car was available for pick up. The end result is terrific.

this is a solid company with employees that take the extra step to please their customers. what a pleasant surprise.

It was about $2500. They did a good work for a reasonable price.

These folks are great!  I highly recommend them.  I got complete information before the repairs.  They were very professional, friendly and answered all my questions.  Very professional.  They called every day while my truck was in their shop with an update.  Work was excellent and the truck was ready a day earlier than promised.  Definitely a great experience all around.

I called three providers for an 'over the phone very rough' estimate.  Airpark Collision was right in the middle of the pricing range.  I made an appointment for an onsite estimate and there was no waiting, the repair price was confirmed and a date was scheduled.  I took my car in at the appointed time, the staff called the rental car company who was there within 15 minutes.  On the day promised, I received a call from the office stating my car was in the paint shop and due for pick up at the end of the day.  The car was ready on schedule, I left the rental car at the Airpark Collision and drove away with my repair completed.  Everyone I spoke with at Airpark was pleasant and very professional.  I would definitely use them again.

From the minute I walked in to the follow up after everything was completed they were a pleasure to work with. They helped coordinate with insurance, and rental vehicle to make my time lost as minimal as possible. They showed me around their facility including a new, and very nice looking paint booth. They are clearly passionate about what they do and that sealed the deal for me.
They delivered over and above and I am glad I used them. The Airpark crew are very good at what they do and they do it with class.

We had a fender bender about 2 weeks ago. They picked up our car with the tow truck. They did the work on our car and it came out just like a brand new car. They even rented a car for us! It was great!
