We had gone to this auto service for years and were so pleased. I had recommended them to others. Unbeknownst to me, sometime in 2018, after 20 years of the same management, it had changed. Not that I wouldn’t have trusted new management, but I came to see that things had definitely changed. The communication was terrible and each time they thought they knew what the problem was, ordered a part for it, it was unsuccessful. They had our car for 3-4 weeks! At one point, they even took our car to another repair service for some diagnostic tool - WITHOUT our permission. Worst of all, they lied to us regarding their communications with our dealership, parts, warranty, etc. We would not have known this had my husband not personally verified things and finally joined in on a speakerphone with the dealership speaking with Airpark Auto! it was an awful experience and we will never return. Perhaps things have gotten better, but it’s scary how impossible it can be to know if the information you’re receiving is truthful.

Perfect job, price was reasonable considering that the work is warranted within 50,000miles or 5 years, honored all over the country. They are very honest, which is not always the case with auto repairs services.

I received prompt attention from Airpark, which had a well-staffed front counter. All went smoothly at check in, and the company reps gave me an approximate deadline by which I could expect a diagnosis of the problem. Unfortunately, their mechanics confirmed the troubleshooting done by another mechanic -- correction of the problem would require replacement of the car's rack and pinion system. But, I felt that Airpark was honest in telling me that I could continue driving the car as long as it functioned well. They also added power steering fluid to improve the situation.
Airpark Auto Service is not the cheapest solution you can find, but I feel that they provide good value for the money.

I called to see how soon they might be able to check out my 2001 Jeep to see if I need just a new battery or a battery AND an alternator. After telling me they could look at it in the next day or so, and they'd be happy to look at it if I brought it in, they asked some diagnostic questions and offered another strategy for getting it checked more quickly and without cost. If I do need a new alternator, I'll be heading to to see them.

These guys are great --- totally professional, efficient, and cost-effective. My 2008 Toy 4R is the best vehicle I have ever owned and they keep it in good working condition. I am often on long fishing trips, sometimes in 'Nowhere'sville' and far away from immediate help. So I need a vehicle I can depend on. Given this usage, they give me a good sense of what really needs to be tended to NOW; and what can wait. It's worth a drive from my home in Ftn Hills to their shop on Raintree in S'dale. They also give a card for accumulating bonus points ($$) to redeem on future service visits. Trust me, when you bring in a vehicle and speak to them at the counter, you're not talkin' to "Goober'!

The parts were promptly ordered and had already been delivered to the shop befrore our arrival.  They completed the job in less than 3 hours and we were very impressed with their service.  They were honest, as we did not need a new serpentine belt and they spared us the additional expense.

These guys are always professional and tell you things straight.  I asked them to check on the tires, brakes and anything else that may look out of place.  They give you the items they recommend getting fixed, and are very honest about the urgency of the problem.  They never try to push a fix on you that your car doesn't immediately need.  They will explain which items are safety concerns and which items are potential issues that may come up in the future.  My son has a 2001 Chevy so with an older vehicle, you have to keep these things in mind.  They speak to me straight and are super professional.

We have had Airpark Auto work on our cars for the past 14 years. They have always been ver professional, knowledgeable , and honest, and dependable. We trust them completely. They have never steered us wrong, and stand behind their work. We highly recommend them to everyone. As a convenience, they will shuttle you to work or home, and back, when car is ready, so you don't have to sit and wait, or find another ride. They are also AAA recommemded.

The A/C in my 2004 Lincoln Navigator began defaulting to blowing out of the defrost vents after driving a few miles. Not good during the hot summer.  Online research strongly suggested that I had a vacuum leak. I was able to find a few leaks and replaced the main vacuum assembly myself. {not hard to do]. The AC worked better but the problem still existed. I knew it was beyond my ability to fix. I explained all this to my service writer, Aaron, and he said "we'll take a look and let you know." I should point out that the "word" in the online discussion groups is that these vehicles have  a history of AC problems cropping up as they get older and the culprit often is a blend door that is hard to get to under the dash. In other words: considerable labor expense just to get to a cheap part. The online folks were nearly unanimous in believing that taking it to the dealer would result in automatic replacement of this hard to get to part whether it was the problem or not. I decided to try an independent place that had gotten good reviews here and on Yelp. Boy am I glad I did! They called me later in the day and said that, sure enough, they had discovered a vacuum line that had come off [that I couldn't find] and had reattached it and the problem was fixed. I'm thinking "great, I saved a few hundred bucks with these guys taking the time to work the problem". When I picked the vehicle up that afternoon I plopped my credit card on the counter only to learn that my balance due was precisely zero.  That is not a typo. They charged me nothing for taking the time to work through my problem. I thought those days were long gone. I said to Aaron something like "that's not right." He calmly said: "it only took us a few minutes to find. We can't charge you for that."
Bottom-line: new customer for life! Thank you Airpark Auto Service! That is how you grow a business!
