We paid $3950 down payment. Three days in we questioned that grandfathering of net metering was not guaranteed even though Sales Rep said it was. Owner said could not be guaranteed. We backed out of contract on day 5 thinking we lost $500 plus minimal expenses as no work had been done. Owner kept $2850 of our downpayment, said no expenses to charge but the amount was for "commission"! Commission on no work! We asked for price if we did panels on our carport (1/2 of original contract of $39,500). Owner said he was not interested - apparently $2850 for doing NO work is a much better deal to him than doing an actual job. Never, ever do business with this company!

From the first contact and quote everything went exactly as promised. A high quality solar system was professionally installed. It has now worked without a single problems for a year.

Took two days, and all went smoothly. A later internet connection issue need to monitor the instantaneous results was resolved after finding a router box faulty.
