needed a hand ecerciser for father in law stroke victim. Sent item back . i get an email stating that all parts were not in box and NO refund could be given, so i call them / keep in mind ,the email they sent me has NO contact name or phone number to discuss issue. So i looked them up and contacted them . Customer service was very rude and would NOT return my item, father in law tried it once and they told me it was severely worn - NEVER WORN - didnt fit by the way- very odd. Then customer service changed the subject and said i didnt return it correctly by their policy standards and again extremely rude.My experience with this company was terrible from start to finish. Would NOT recommend anybody using this company . Very sad

We ordered a shower wheelchair commode for our daughter through Amazon. It arrived in a seriousley damaged box & the item was also damaged. I called the supplier (Nova) who told me I had to deal with Amazon. An e-mail was sent & answered within a few hours. I called Active forever & spoke to Nathan. He made arrangements for a next day pickup of the damaged item and a new one to be sent from Nova. It arrived within 3 business days in perfect condition.
