Called and left a message over the weekend and my call was returned on Monday. Explained the problem and was given a quote over the phone. They were also willing to look at photos of the leak to give a better estimate of the work. Al happened to be in the area and offer to look at the job that day. I met him at the home 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the leak in about 25 minutes, waited for sealant to dry for a hour. Checked the leak, tested the system and all was good. Ended up charging me $50 less than quoted. Also didn't complain about having to shut off the water main at the street due to our shut-off needing repair at the house. Overall a pleasant experience and a great person to educate me on the whole sprinkler suppression system which was new to me! Thanks Al!

Al came out to check out the problem...He detected the problem and ordered the part and came back out and replaced the valve...
