Kevin, the owner, came right out upon our call, gave us an estimate, made some recommendations and a week later was back to install the door. Everything was done quickly and correctly and the quality was outstanding. There was no mess and Kevin was a joy to work with. I would only use ACME and anyone wanting a fair price, professionalism and quick but efficient work, this is the place to go.

I received an estimate over the phone which was less than two other quotes I received. The turnaround time for delivery and installation was also quicker than other companies in the area. The only issue was the order was delayed due to hardware finish (brushed nickel), but nothing that couldn't be handled. Delivery was less than 2 weeks and install took place within a couple of days from that. The actual installation only took a couple of hours. To date, we've had ZERO issues with the door and it looks beautiful.

They were recommended by my architect. Amazing quality. Yes, there is a difference in quality of a shower glass install. Kevin is extremely talented. Each of the showers was done with minimal frames to make the glass look like it was free standing. Customer service is terrific. They were speedy and delivered the service at a very fair price.

Called company Friday, 11/20/2009 and person didn't seem too excited about the work but gave me a quote over the phone. Stated the installer would stop by Monday next to get exacxt measurements. Installer stopped as scheduled and it was determined that the replacement glass needed to be tempered because of window location. I was told the glass would have to be ordered and would be in next week. Since this was Thanksgiving week that was acceptable. The next week went by and no glass. I called the company on Monday 12/7 and received the same lack of enthusiastic response. The installer could come by the afternoon of 12/9 to do the work. Installer did arrive as scheduled and completed a satisfactory installation in less than an hour. Fortunately this was not an emergency replacement.

Phoned and gave the dimensions and type of glass wanted. The response was confusing as to the time it would be ready and whether a deposit was necessary. They where supposed to call back to tell me it was ready. I had to call 3 days after the promised date. The glass was ready. I picked it up. The quality was satisfactory.

I called Acme on a Thursday, the woman I spoke to quoted me an accurate price and set up an appointment for the following Monday. The service man showed up promptly at the scheduled time and took measurements. I paid for half up front for the window to be ordered. The following Monday the service man returned with the window and installed it in a matter of minutes. He also reconfigured the plastic strips that hold the window in to hide a warped portion.

The first piece broke on installation with a new glass successfully installed the following day.

It went well. They were flexible in scheduling. Were on time for the estimate and for the replacement. The measurements made were accurate and they replaced the window in about 15 minutes! Great work!

He was on time, had the tools to do the job, and got it done for a good price.

Their price was reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and their phone staff was very nice and helpful. The measurements were taken within two days of my initial call. The technician arrived on time. I paid half of the estimated fee on that visit, the remainder to be paid after installation. It took approximately twenty days for the company to call me back regarding the order. Once they notified me that my order was ready, the installer came to my home the very next day and was once again prompt in his arrival time. The installer was also very professional and courteous and thankfully took with him the removed panes for appropriate disposal. My experience with this company was a positive one.

THIS COMPANY RESPONDED SO QUICKLY TO OUR NEED OF HAVING THE GLASS REPLACED IN TWO WINDOWS AFTER A BREAK-IN. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS. WE APPRECIATED THEM COMING OUT IN ONE DAY. WE WERE REFERRED TO THEM BY A FRIEND. A KITCHEN WINDOW GLASS APPROXIMATELY 2 X 4 WAS REPLACED AS WELL AS A FRENCH DOORS GLASS.
