My name is Manny Verdugo and I am from Chandler. I submitted a review on this company about two months ago. In it I said I would have to recommend them based on their rebates and their price. Please note that I must now rescind my recommendation. The only other Member review was not in Angie's list when I looked up the company. I pretty much dealt with Daniel Parker. his business card listed him as the President but he said he was no longer the president but just a salesman and part of management. Initially I cancelled my installation with them because he promised a $250 rebate but the only paperwork indicated that reviews for repairs were for a total of $50 not the $250. In addition, he said he could get the units installed on a certain date. Turned out he lied. He wasn't even the person who could order the units. It had to be the installer. To get my business, he reiterated the $250 rebate and added that they would upgrade me from 16-SEER units to 17-SEER units at their cost. This is the measurement of efficiency for AC Units. He also stated that I would be receiving 4 rebates from Salt River Project (SRP), our local electric company. Two for duct work / repairs on both units and two more for purchasing two new high efficiency units. After the units were installed I completed the reviews because I wanted to get the rebates. He later told me that they had verified my reviews and would be mailing me the $250 rebate. I never received it. I kept calling him for two weeks only to be told that he was putting it in the mail and if I did not receive the following Friday, I was to call him. On the third week, he went on vacation. One of his co-workers then texted me that their was a hold on the check because they do not issue rebates but rather use is as a discount. I added that was not what Parker ever told me and asked why he would complete a check for me that there was now on hold. In addition, I asked how that was possible as the rebate was for the reviews. They now claim they just trust the clients will complete them. He now claims they have never issued this type of rebate and he was fortunate that it was caught as he almost mailed me the check. I wold think that someone who is a President, Salesman and / or management, would know this and not lie to customers just to make a sale. He is now refusing to pay that rebate. He said it is on my contract. I have looked at my contracts and it says nothing of the rebate or what he now calls a discount. The price on the contract is also the price I ended up financing. Thus no discount was ever given. As for the duct work rebate he promised I would receive and he had obtained for many other customers. He lied! It turns out that in order to get those rebates from SRP, the company / contractor has to be BPI certified. This is a certification from the Building Performance Institute. Guess what, they are not certified. SRP told me that rebate would have been a total of $462.50. As for the AC rebates. He told me that they completed a necessary tests for this rebates which will total $800.00. Turns out he lied! I called and spoke to a clerk in the rebate program this past Friday, 10/04/13. She told me Parker was on the other line and indicated she would call me back when done speaking with him. She told me that he not only admitted they were not BPI Certified but that they never completed the Load test necessary prior to the install. I am not a contractor but was informed that a Load test is a test completed to ensure that you get the proper units for the size of your home to ensure efficiency. You do not want to little or to much AC or they can cause problems. I checked the paperwork and the installer signed both and certified he ran the tests or the equivalent. The SRP clerk stated that they as a electric company would be completing the Load test and would call me when it was completed to ensure that I even qualified for that rebate as well. Soon after that conversation I received an email from Parker telling me that everything was completed as he had spoken to SRP and I was all set to receive the rebates. I sent him an email detailing all of the issues and indicating I was going to begin the Complaint Processes. He called but hung up because I asked him to hold. The timer on my cellphone was at 2 minutes when I came back to the phone. I received an email from him saying he had to wait several minutes and received a another call. I responded to his email and reminded him of the fact that he said if I did not receive the rebates, they as a company would pay them. I asked when I would receive the funds. He will not address it. He just indicated they would deal with the issue later. please note, that I have been emailing , calling and leaving messages and texting him. No one from the the company has spoken to about any of these issues in over a month. Thus, I have started the complaints as these units wee installed at the end of June. All these issues have been in the making fro the past three months. I did inform him hen I would be submitting these reviews and asked he call me if he wanted to discuss this. My last contact was an email saying he they would address it the following week. The rebates total a little over $1500.00. I know that is not a l t to some people but it was enough to make me accept their business. At this point, I believe this company is involved in Consumer Fraud. I will be submitting this complaint and more to the local Attorney General's Office on Consumer fraud and a possibly small claims court. In addition to all review websites and the BBB. If any one has any ideas or suggestions for submission of complaints, please let me know in response to this review.

Scheduled an appointment to replace a thermostat. Scheduled for "3 to 4 pm arrival at your home". Never showed or called. Demonstrates rudeness and lack of caring for their customers. As a physician, I left my office early to be on time. I consider it incredibly inconsiderate at the least to not even communicate if you can't make it.
