ABC POOLSERVICE

we met Joe from ABC Pool Services thru the company which resurfaced our pool. He arrived for our interview and seemed like a professional and capable man. His price was competitive and he made a good impression. This is where the impression differed from the delivery. We live out of state in the summer and were trusting Joe to do the job. We were getting weekly calls from the security company that the pool was green and horrible looking. This went on for 3 weeks in a row and he always had an excuse why the pool was green. I went out in July and was horrified to see the condition of the pool water. I phoned the company that had just resurfaced the pool and we brought in someone else to look at it. They had dumped so many chemicals in it that it was impossible for the chlorine to stay in the water. The pool had to be drained again and we are starting with a new company.. Run don't walk to another pool company as this one was a disaster.
