Forzano's able staff did it. Only close examination and knowing where to look reveals that there was a problem. The work is first rate and the cost was much less than anticipated. Also, the final cost was less than the estimate. My recommendation is unqualified.

I have been using Forzano for the past several decades whenever I have a piece of furniture I want finished to perfection. They have been especially good with antiques, bringing them as close to their originally beauty as possible. My most recent piece of work is an antique sewing machine table, which I brought to them somewhat battered and in lackluster shape. They immediately saw that it was a diamond in the ruff, suggesting to me that it was a oakwood that no one can get any more called Tiger Oak. They even showed me that the bottom of the table still had the original color, which is beautiful. They are bringing it back to the original Tiger Oak color, repairing the dings in the table, and repairing the metal legs back to their black color. They do superb work! Also know that they take their time with their furniture because they take it through several step to bring it to its full beauty.

I purchased an antique cradle at a church fund raiser. It was hand made and in good condition but needed a few repairs. I took it to Forzana and they immediately recognized the uniqueness of the item and suggested they do nothing except repair a couple of broken wooden pieces to protect the integrity of the cradle. They said it would take about two weeks.

Dropped chair off- was told chair would be repaired & be ready for pick-up the day after. Went back the next day to pick up chair. Work had not been started. They asked me if I could wait about 20 minutes & the repair would be done immediately. I waited & the chair was repaired in the time stated. When I asked what was the charge, I was told "nothing" since the job wasn't completed in the time frame they quoted & required me to wait. They were very apologetic & the job was completed without charge to my satisfaction. I definitely would use their services in the future.

Completely satisfied. Work was done when promised at agreed price.

THE PROJECT TOOK 9-10 MONTHS, BUT THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT IT. THEY REALLY TOOK SPECIAL CARE WITH REPAIR AND DELIVERY.
