Mark and his crew were a life saver. We damaged our garage door and needed it replaced asap. They were out the next day and had a new garage installed within a few days. Cole and Zach were very professional and were in and out in an hour. Highly recommend for fixing your garage door!

They explained what they needed to do before the starting and pointed out some future issues I might expect, but with no pressure to deal with these other issues right away. We were very happy with our service from Always Open. We were able to schedule a service call within a couple days of contacting them; Zach arrived during the scheduled two-hour window. He explained the needed repairs and the options for repairing vs. replacing the garage door. He was able to complete the work quickly that evening and our garage door is running very smoothly now. I will definitely call them again in the future if we need repairs or replacement of our garage door.

We were pleasantly shocked by their prompt response to our call. They were able to schedule a service call that same evening, within a few hours of our initial call. Zach was excellent. He arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. The old garage door opener and sensors needed to be replaced. Zach effectively installed a new Lift Master opener in no time. He cleaned up after himself; hauling away all of the old parts and boxes. Zach was very polite. We have complete confidence in the work Always Open Garage Doors performed. We would highly recommend their services to those in need.

We got a bid for replacing garage door motors/belts/rollers, then put the project on hold for several months. The initial bid process was pleasant - Ben, the technician, gave helpful suggestions without pushing an agenda. I felt he was honest and upfront about pricing and seemed genuinely invested in the process. When I called back to finally schedule installation, I asked if I needed to get a new bid. I spoke to Mark, the owner. I told him I had my original bid, and he offered to honor the original pricing! I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. And the technician who came out to do the job was Ben (the same guy who had done the initial bid months earlier). It says a lot about a company when there is employee retention. Ben got everything installed and tuned up the existing doors in a timely manner. He cleaned up his mess. He was polite and professional throughout the installation. We have had the new openers for several months, and everything works perfectly! I would not hesitate using Always Open again or referring family and friends to this company. I always feel loyalty to family-operated businesses that show this level of integrity.

The son Zach obviously knows his stuff and likes his work. Not only did he do what I asked he also noted 2 cracked door roller brackets and that the upper transverse load beam was not adequate i.e. door was drooping in middle and opener attach arm box was distorted. He replaced both and had the parts on the truck. I will definitely go to them for all future needs and to likely replace the door in a few years.

They were very prompt and very nice. They coded some existing openers I had. It's a good thing I had some extras on hand, as the ones they would sell to me were at about a 200% markup. Everything was fine, although in the end, I paid a full service fee to have the openers coded. He did clean the light surround (it needed it) and checked the door, so overall I am happy.

He was punctual, courteous and knew garage doors. The job was done in less than 2 hours and he adjusted or tweaked anything that was needed. I thought the pricing was fair and his dad was a gem on the phone with me. Highly recommend them.

One of our garage doors suddenly wouldn't open all the way, so we had to get it fixed. I found this company on Angie's List and decided to call them, based on the great reviews they had. The other reviewers were right. These guys are awesome! I called them on a Thursday afternoon, and someone answered the phone right away. They actually work late (how convenient), and told me someone would be out between 7-8 PM. How awesome is that?! I'm always home at that time. Zach called when he was on his way, and upon arrival quickly diagnosed the problem. He had all the parts he needed on his truck and fixed our door. We also asked him to replace the rollers on our other two doors, since they weren't opening as smoothly and quietly as they should have. He was kind enough to program our vehicles to open the garage doors as well. We couldn't figure out how to do it, but it took him of all a minute per car to program. What a nice young man. Terrific service! Highly recommend!

I called and left a message and within a few minutes I received a call back from Zach asking about what was broken. He said that he could be here within a couple of hours to replace both springs and the price was very reasonable. Zach arrived and replaced the springs within 30 minutes or so. He was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions concerning the garage door. I will definitely hire them back again when needed.

It was early evening, and I called a few places but most people I spoke with said it was too late in the day. Always Open, however, said they could come out. They made it out that evening, and Braxton and Ben showed up, after calling ahead to give me a heads up that they were on their way. They were both professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They had the garage door motor purring like a kitten before they left. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up the dirt and debris off the light cover. I'm thrilled with the level of service and quality I got and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

We found this company through Angie’s list, and were blown away by their professionalism, service, and just overall kindness. They actually answered the phone on I Sunday morning, and had a service tech to our home within an hour. He got the garage door open. But was honest that they did not service our type of garage door. He offered a converter kit, but completely supported our desire to find a company possibly that service the type of door that we had. We appreciated his honesty, but where they really blew us away was that he did not charge us for the service call because he technically couldn’t fix the problem. Absolutely will work for this company over and over and over again by our experience with them today. And if we can’t fix our existing door, we absolutely will use them for converter kit.

Called 7 pm and Mark arrived next day at 7 am. Door was fixed, tuned, and safety checked by 7:30 am. Fantastic service, totally professional. This is the second time I have used themes and have been very pleased both times.
