My garage door tension spring broke this morning as I was getting ready to leave. Called Advanced Garage Door as it was a referral from a neighbor. A few hours later they were able to accommodate me and showed up right on time. Turns out the last company that worked on my door put in cheaper springs that were too light duty for my door. The tech had the proper larger springs on his truck and the job was completed in less than 45 minutes. Super fair price and correctly done. A Big thanks to this company.

Turned out to be the logic board and Joey the technician was very thorough, friendly, and did a professional job. Company came on date promised, technician called when he was on his way, and arrived on time. I'm actually speechless to see this type of great service now a days!! I will definitely call this company again if I need service and will highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Top notch company that truly cares for their customers!!

Torsion spring snapped on my door.  I called and left a message in the morning and about 15 minutes later received a call back and scheduled an appointment same day late morning.  The technician called when he was near and showed up at the time agreed on.  The whole process to replace the springs and adjust the opener took less than 30 minutes.  The price, the responsiveness and the professionalism was awesome.  Highly recommend.

I called this morning hoping for quick service since a previous company stood me up last night. I spoke with Joel, the owner, who was professional and pleasant. Wonderful. 
We have been using this company for the past 10 years and always had good experience. 
This time  the garage door made a sound as if it was falling too fast . I have called Advanced Garage door services at around 5 pm.
Frank offered to come in early next day, but due to our work schedule I have asked if he could come in the same evening. He said he will be in between 7-9 P and arrived at 7 P, He checked the door and opener, found them to just needing adjustment and lubrication.  We have not had the door maintain in over 4 years. 
As Usual we had a wonderful service and will call on them again, now yearly for maintenance.
