4 Paws on the Go

Very well. Fred is very friendly and patient with my little dogs. In fact, one of my dogs tried leaving with him..lol!

They came unreliable. So I use them a couple of time and the last time I called them I left a message they never called me back I called them again the guy says ah geese I lost my phone so I lost your number and then he never showed up I was really disappointed, I don't know if their still business. I wouldn't bother with them. Improve their communication if your not gonna show up call.

Both times they did a good job on him, and he did not seem too upset, as he has sometimes been when I've taken him elsewhere, so I was pleased. However, while Fred and Jessica may be okay as groomers they are terrible business people. The first time they came, I asked for a business card. They did not have any. (They also don't have any markings or sign on their van, which seems odd, but oh well.) I asked about making another appointment that same day before they left. I got some vague answer, but no appointment. Then I was finally able to reach them for another appointment, and again they did fine with the dog. But again, no card, no next appointment. In between, I had to call a few times to get a booking--if Fred was in the office, Jessica had the appointment book on the road. Or the other way around, Fred was on the road, and Jessica had the book in the office. Now I have left messages twice in the last couple of weeks, with no answer either time. Are they just not returning calls? Out of business? Away on vacation? Did they hate my dog and not want to groom him again? Seems very unprofessional all the way around. If they did not want to work for me again, that's fine, but they should say so. And with today's technology, it seems inexcusable that they do not have a recorded message saying they are away, if that is the case. And of course there is no reason not to have a schedule that can be where they are. So now I am looking for another mobile groomer, because they have not called me back. I have to rate them an F for not being available, and I am unable to use them again because I can't get hold of them. It's really unfortunate, because I would have kept using them otherwise.

They always do a great job. I wouldn't trust my boy with anybody else.

they buzz shaved him, left hair around nose like I asked, but shaved the hair between his eyes, did not clean the hair in his ears.

Fred  & Jessica showed up on time in their van.  They had their own electric extension to plug into my porch outlet.  They gave my cockapoo a full grooming, including bathing, and brushing her teeth.  It took about an hour.  The dog looks great.  The price is not to much more than you will pay at Petsmart and you don't have to leave the house!   Will definitely use them again.

Great experience. Nice, knowledgeable people that gave me a reassuring feeling leaving my pet in their hands. Did a nice job within a half an hours time, which is what it would usually take for me to get him in the bathroom! They are courteous, prompt, and do a great job.. Most importantly, it was a stress free experience for both myself, and my pet. Definitely be using them in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased with their service.  My cat is an old man.  His fur and dander had become an unbearable allergen for me so I had been taking him to my vet for the last couple of years to be shaved and bathed.  Over the last six months my vet has been doing an extremely inadequate job for a very high price so I chose to check out a mobile groomer.  
They showed up and Jessica was able to crate my cat to take him out to the truck.  A feat in itself.  He was back in the house about 45 minutes later, not appearing traumatized in the least (which I always felt when he came back from the vet).  He smelled and felt clean, clean, clean.  Later in the day he was prancing all over the house, happy as he could be.  I am so thrilled to have found their service.  I plan on having them out more frequently based on their reasonable price.  I highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Fred and Jessica and I will certainly use them again in the future. Jessica gave my 9 year old Golden Retriever her summer cut and did an excellent job. I feel they took very good care of her and had her back in the house within the time frame they told me. I highly recommend 4 Paws on the Go! Thank you Fred and Jessica:)

This is my second experience with 4 Paws and I look forward to using them many times in the future.  They are very prompt, do a fabulous  job, and are priced very reasonably.  My dog not only looks wonderful, but was jumping for joy when he was returned to me.   It's great to know my Ripley doesn't have to be caged for who-knows-how-long waiting his turn.  Great service!

They took very good care of my Boy. He has been prone to hot spots after being groomed so they clipped his hind area and dried him completely. I will definitely be using them again.

Jessica was wonderful. She arrived during the time frame she told me she would. I had talked to Fred the day before and then Jessica. They were able to fit me in the day after I called for an appointment! I explained all the little issues my older Yorkie has (moles, bad back and knees, etc.) Jessica brought my little Yorkie back to the door 40 minutes later looking beautiful. She then took my very grouchy (and not very friendly toward strangers) Chihuahua and trimmed his nails. Five minutes later he was back and happy. I will be making my next appointment with them for next month.

They worked out great. Everything worked out as advertised.

My two small dogs are very anxious when it comes to strangers and grooming has always been a challenge. I've used 4 Paws 4 times (about once a month) and have been very pleased with their service, They are very responsive to my requests for an appointment and arrive within the scheduled window. I'm sure the smaller of my two dogs is quite a challenge but they are very caring and professional and they both look great when they are finished.
