"Member called our office and left a voice message on our machine. I Chris Wiles, owner of Wiles Pest Services called him back personally. The phone number he gave our tech would not let us leave a message. We went out the following day to his neighborhood and stopped by to see if he was home. We serviced his neighbors and went to his home,at this time Member was not home so we left a note asking him to call us back. Member called us back 1 week later and accused our company of not calling him back. I responded with a message that we did not do any treatment and was leaving a note for him to contact us. When Member called us the 1st time he was about a week away from service thats why he had not heard from us. He was a new customer that had our services for 2 months. I feel like he didn't want our services to begain with and this was an easy way for him to cancel. Bottom line I run a nice tight business that I'm completly involved in. I'm the one who calls customers and schudules them. I have been in business for 4 years and have never got a bad reveiw on any format. I'm sorry that Member voice mail was full and i could not leave a message. I even called his neighbor to see if she could let him know we were coming. I feel Member did not give us enough time or even a chance to work with him. I wish him well and i hope he has learned to delete those voice mails so another company doesn't get accused of not returning a phone call. Good Day"
