I have used this company for over 7 years and I am very pleased with their communication, response time, workmanship and professionalism. On Jan. 25th they sent 2 guys to pick up an enormous amount of overgrown landscape trash. They did it quickly, cleaned up all the debris and checked out with me to make sure they did not miss anything. On Feb. 5th they came out to replace a leaking irrigation valve, in no time my system was up an running again. I am an all around handy man and can take on projects but our daily schedule does not allow us to do so much so we leave it to the experts. Thank you to the staff and field workers at "The Yard Experts" for taking care of of us and providing excellent service.

WOW!!!! This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I had hired them to take care of my house in San tan valley I was not living there and I thought they could be trusted. I have cameras on my house guess they didn’t see them even thought they are white on a brown house. I had been using them for a couple of months and wanted them to make SURE all the plants and trees were getting water and had paid them in addition to my monthly bill. When I had asked the Forman if he had checked them all. His words to me were he took care of it himself. Well two months later a lot of plants had died as well as some trees. Guess what the water was turned off by them no one else was permitted to go on my property. I had a zero gallon usage on my water bill they had turn of the water to the pool and the drip system. I reached out to the owner but he never responded to my calls.

Went real bad I hired this company because I thought they were good. I knew they were more than others but was willing to pay for good service. I hired them for my home in San tan valley. I wasn’t a full time resident at the time so I had to trust them. I had asked them to make sure the water system was in good shape check for leaks make sure all the trees and shrubs were getting the appropriate water needs. I paid them extra to do this. Well after about three months I noticed there was no water being used only a small amount. I had ask them if all was set correctly and they assured me it was. Well I went there and found that they had turned off the water suppl to the watering system. I lost 2 palm trees because the water was turned off. I have cameras on the property I reviewed them around the time they said they adjusted the water I noticed the Forman was the only one there and he just stood in the back yard killed some time and left. I fired them shortly after and never ounce got a call from the owner trying to resolve the situation. I am a business owner and for sure a would have reached out to the homeowner. I was also disappointed with the by weekly service they didn’t even more the garbage cans to do behind them. They should not call themselves experts

Not well. They were may landscapers for several year. However, lately the work quality diminished. I asked them to trim up a vine growing on my fence because it had gotten out of hand and was growing over my garden shed and covering a hose bib. The nearly took the vine down to the ground and it looked horrible. I contacted the company and they agreed to refund some of the money I paid for the job and to re-attach the vine to the wall. They never completed cleaning around the hose bib and left my hose in a heap in the vegetable garden.

Fantastic. No problems at all- first time I've had no problems with a landscaper in my life!

They were very clean and very well priced. They were on time, too.

This company was coming twice a week to weed and cut our lawn. A few months in we notice the lawn started to die. We were new to the area and thought it might be transitioning. We then contacted the company and they said they would have someone come look at it. They scheduled and canceled on us twice. Finally someone came out and assumed we had been over fertilizing, which we had not. Turns out they had turned off the preset irrigation so the lawn would not grow so fast between cuttings. Sorry we were making your job too complicated! Gentleman said he corrected it. Fast forward another few months and we now have our irrigation system mastered, we noticed our plants were dying. They turned those stations off as well! Yesterday they were supposed to mow but they said the grass was too wet so they charged us and did not message if they would come back or not. I suspect we just paid for a drive by. Oh and PS they said they corrected the situation with the grass getting too wet, nope they just turned our plants off again. If you have synthetic grass and cactuses these are your guys. If you have actual plants stay away!

Very responsive, prompt, with good follow through. Workers were friendly and respectful of the property.

Very disappointed by their monthly service.

The Yard Experts arrive on time and provide great service.  They trimmed bushes and trees, pulled weeds and sprayed pre-emergence.  Alex came out when they were done to review the yard clean up work.  I appreciate the personal touch The Yard Experts provide.

The guys always show up on time and do a great job.  Very professional and respectfull.

Kyle was very punctual and found his first visit to our home for an estimate to be very good.  He gave out suggestions and took his time to listen to our concerns.  Before he left, he told us that he would draft up a proposal no later than the following Monday.  Monday came and went, nothing.  I decided to call the company on Tuesday morning and left them a voicemail.  Still nothing on Tuesday by 12pm so I called them back and spoke with Jennifer.  She immediately told me that she got my voicemail and have sent an email out to Kyle for the proposal.  My question is where is the follow up on their part that they've received my message? 
Still haven't heard anything from them at 4pm on Tuesday.  Found Kyle's number on my phone (he had called when he couldn't locate our home).  Called and finally got through to him.  Kyle advised me that the proposal is done, but he's waiting for his boss to approve the cost.  Today is Wednesday and still nothing.  I guess my business isn't really needed.  It shouldn't be this difficult to get a hold of someone you are trying to pay money to.  We'll see how this review does to their responsiveness.

Owner repaired valve, was present while 3 guys trimmed tree.  Same 3 guys treated for weeds.  This was the 2nd time that I had used this company. Very satisfied.

They're great. They've been coming for several months, and I'd recommend them to anybody.

They did a good job -- B+ overall.  They were very responsive so I'd probably use them again.  There were no issues with scheduling.

I am a tree that fell against my neighbors home. I was worried about any potential damage caused by the tree falling over after a wind storm. I called the Yard Experts and they promptly said that they could come out an give me an estimate. They said they could make an appointment with me that day. I stated that I would not be able to make it the same day, but the next day would be okay. The owner Raul came out and gave me some options and I told him that I would need to talk to my wife. Afterwards, we made the decision to trim the tree.

The appointment was made for the following day after our decision. The crew came out and did way more than I thought that they would do. Not only was my tree trimmed, it was evaluated, sculpted, staked. The process took nearly 3 hours to complete, but I was advised on all the work to be done. In my opinion, the $225 was more than reasonable, if anything, I thought that it would cost much more for all that they did! With that said, I would recommend the Yard Experts to anyone.

We originally started service with them when we moved into our home. The realtor had left their card with us. We had a lot of questions, as we came from Washington State and had no idea about the landscaping needs here including the two different forms of grass, types of flowers that thrive in this area, etc. The problems started when we were told what things needed to be done on a regular basis, and ended up having the services done twice (fertilizing). Even after we were told that they did and quot;weed and feedand quot;, the weeds continued to grow. Each time I called the office to inquire, I was told that they would send someone out. Nothing seemed to change after those visits (many of them), so we changed to another company. They did not seem to follow through either, so back we went to the Yard Experts for a second try and second chance. I called them to let them know that we needed to skip a service as we were going to be out of state for a couple of weeks and the back gate would be padlocked for safety reasons(pool) and that there would be no access. I received an email bill while I was gone for the full amount of the service! I called and she said that the crew had gone out and couldn't get into the back yard because the gate was locked and so they just did the front yard! She then charged me for just the front. I believe that the majority of this businesses' problems are within the office itself and definitely a communication issue with the crew. I did pay for the front yard service but have since moved on to another company.

I used the Yard experts for 1 year and 8 months and they never did the work they were supposed to do. They always showed up late, did not trim or mow as they said they would, fertilization, overseeding, pre emergent treatments were never done in the time periods specified. I had numerous plants die due to their lack of attention, the grass would be watered too much or not enough causing numerous die offs and brown patches, sprinklers and drip lines were not adjusted in the manner specified if at all. I constantly had to call their office to get normal maintenance done as it was being ignored. The office staff was hostile and negative, the owner Raul paid me lip service every time he and his men came to my house. I paid these guys between $140-180 a month and they never once did the service that was on the agreement they submitted to me when we began service with them. Most recently they cut my lawn down to the dirt even though it was green and healthy looking and now its brown and dead and hasn't grown back in the two weeks since they did it, they also butchered a bunch of mature plants on my property because they felt they were overgrown. This was done while I was out of town and without my consent. Thanks for that!
