About us
Felicity Construction is a family owned business that does 90% of its own work. We sub out only roofing, concrete and stucco to our loyal subcontractors who do a better job with these skills than we do. We handle all the rest of the work on our many remodeling projects. From the design and bidding to the demolition and rebuilding of the project attention to detail is given top priority all along the way. Cleanlyness and punctuality are also top prioritys. When we add a bathroom or family room to a home, We draw the plans, get the permit, do the work,(framing ,plumbing,electrical,insulation,drywall, tile,and finishes ourselves, with the finest results and speedyest times and least complications, plus and a big plus here, It is very easy to make changes once the project is taking shape and maybe a little bigger window to take advantage of that view or an additional light here and there. These types of things come up all the time and are no problem for us.

The scope of Felicity's work included tearing out and disposing of most of the old kitchen cabinetry, etc,, removing a portion of a wall, adding new switches and outlets and plumbing as necessary, installing cabinets and all major appliances, installing tile, painting and probably a million other things I am forgetting. He also kept an eye on the granite installation for us.
The entire process took about a month and was completed on schedule. Every night when the work was done Paul made sure to clean up everything in his workspace. To us, this was just one of many signs of his dedication to providing quality service and his attention to detail.
It has been a little over 2 years since our kitchen was completed and we still absolutely love it!
