He's very efficient. Very prompt. They're here when they say they're going to be here. He calls before coming out to make sure we're home. His work has been very, very satisfactory. It's been very well-priced. He doesn't take a long time fooling around. He knows almost immediately what the problem is. When he does the work, he does it in a reasonable time frame. We've found him to be very, very, very good.

IT SEEMED AS THOUGH HE REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND IF I ASKED A QUESTION HE COULD ANSWER IT FOR ME WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I HAD USED THEM BEFORE AND I HAD ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
