Oscar'S Cooling & Heating

After having numerous HVAC repair companies try to take advantage of us, we found Oscar's. A $2000 estimate from another company was resolved by Oscar for $200. He kept us running for many years. In 2022 we finally needed a new system. Oscar's team installed top of the line Trane A/C's with two variable speed furnaces and air purifiers. His price was $11,000 less than a respected company who advertises on TV. We couldn't be happier. Oscar's Cooling and Heating is professional, well trained, honest and very fairly priced!

Oscar and his brother, Trini (?) are totally awesome! I have a 3.5 ton unit and a 3 ton unit. After the last power outage, the 3.5 ton quit working. I was told by two other outfits, both whom came to the house, that the compressor was shot. I called Oscar and told him about this. Since two other outfits told me this, Oscar too my word for it. I discussed options with him, and he came back with an entire new unit deal at a really, really good price. He ordered the unit, and it was delivered the next day. A few hours later, Oscar and Trini arrived to install it. Before Oscar did anything, he pulled the outside corner plate off to expose the starting capacitor and relay. He took one look at it and knew what was wrong. The capacitor was bulging at the top. It was shot! There wasn't anything wrong with the compressor. He replaced the capacitor and voila, the unit started working! Oscar said the compressor was in great shape! He and his brother passed up a great commission on that new unit because they were HONEST!!! God bless them both. They charged me for the capacitor, a house call, and for some refrigerant because it was low. It came to $220. The new unit was 10x that amount. And that was several hundred dollars less than their nearest competitor. I was so happy that the good Lord blessed me with honest people that I gave them a pretty good tip and told them to go buy lunch. At first, Oscar didn't want to take it, but I insisted. I will use them the rest of the time I live in this area. Don't bother with any other outfit if you run into problems. Go straight to Oscar. You will NOT regret it. Like I said, these guys are awesome!!!

The system would not cool down for days... Our maintenance man in our complex explained that several people had used Oscar's service over the last few years and we happy with his services.  Within hours of calling him he had stopped by and evaluated my system on the roof and when I arrived home from work, he checked the system from the inside. He was knowledgeable, he explained what was happening with my system and gave me the long and short of what I could expect.
