Jill's has been cleaning for me for years. I find them dependable and they do a good job. On the rare occasion that I call about something I am not happy about, it is resolved right away. I also like the fact that I am hiring a local service.

They will do specific things if you ask them. They're really thorough. They clean out the microwave, the toaster and stuff like that. Their price is pretty reasonable as well. However, they messed up couple of times and had issues with some of their scheduling. Occasionally, you will get a cleaning that isn't quite as well done as usual. We haven't really worried too much about that because most of them are pretty good.

I discontinued service because I did not want to pay anyone to clean when I could do it myself. They did a very good job cleaning homes, they are very responsive about taking advise on what else you want done, and are wonderful. They send a crew to clean and they are very quick to get the job done.
