"It is unfortunate Sarah felt this way. To clear the record, I don't actually do the work, my crew members do. I visited Sarah frequently to discuss her discontent with my crews. They had expressed their concerns in visiting her property each month because of her criticisms, and were anxious to finish the work and leave. They work better when they are in a positive environment. On the last visit, I discussed her concerns with her, and suggested she find a gardner that might tend to her on a more frequent basis. I made a decision not to have the crews return, and, as a form of closure, did not charge her for the last visit. The fees charged were monthly, of which she paid regularly, and we had no contract. Our mission is to ensure our customers are happy with our work. Unfortunately this was not possible with Sarah."
"[Member name removed] project was challenging and fun to do. She was great to work with, and contacted us with a followup on how the design and project worked against water flowing through her property. Look forward to working with her again."
"I have enjoyed working with [member name removed] over the years as well!"
"I still enjoy talking with the (member name removed) on occasion, and have returned to follow up on some minor issues (irrigation timer malfunction from the winter freeze) and some plants that needed additional care. They were great to do work for, and I hope we can keep in contact over the next few years."
"It was a true pleasure working for (removed member name). We did work for him in Green Valley, and when he moved he called us to do his work on his new home in Tucson."
