Commercial Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
My experience with Conserva Irrigation has been extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. They came out to give me an estimate for an irrigation leak, and I approved the bid. After the first repair, the technician immediately told me more work was needed, including two new water valves. I agreed, and they returned two weeks later. During that second visit, I was told?again?that even more repairs were necessary. Although I was irritated, I felt backed into a corner and approved it. On their third visit, the technician claimed everything was finally fixed. When I asked about having Tucson Water test the system, he flat-out refused and admitted there was still another leak. At that point, it was clear things were not being handled professionally. I tried to speak with the owner directly, but he refused to take or return my calls. Instead, he had another technician call me. That tech said he would review what the first technician had done and get back to me, but

From our very first visit, we explained that your irrigation system had multiple leaks and was an older, original system. Because of its age and condition, we recommended a full system replacement to prevent ongoing failures. You chose to move forward with repairing only the individual leaks instead of replacing the system, and we fully respected that decision. During each visit, we repaired the issues that were present at that time. However, as we re-pressurized the system, additional leaks surfaced?something that is very common with aging irrigation lines. Each time this happened, we notified you immediately and sought approval before proceeding. We also completed additional repairs at no charge in an effort to help resolve the situation and support you as our customer. Regarding the valves: you shared concerns about their performance and asked that we replace them, which we accommodated. At no point did we perform work that was not approved. We also made multiple attempts to meet you on-site to walk through the system and show the newly identified issues. Although scheduling conflicts occurred, we continued to communicate with you and address the problems we discovered. We understand how frustrating it can be when an older system continues to reveal new leaks, even after repairs. Unfortunately, with systems of this age, new failures can appear each time the water pressure is restored?one of the reasons we recommended a full replacement from the beginning. We value every customer and always strive to provide professional, transparent service. While we respect your decision to seek a second opinion, we remain committed to helping homeowners make informed decisions about their irrigation systems, and we wish you nothing but the best moving forward."

Based on our experience, Conserva Irrigation of Tucson East is a terrible company. We contracted them to install a new drip irrigation system for our residential property, a desert landscape property here in Tucson. The system we purchased was a PVC system requiring both PVC pipes and an extensive amount of polyethylene distribution tubing. As agreed upon, all the PVC pipes and poly tubing would be buried to the industry standard depth and meet standards recommended by the state of Arizona. They didn?t do this. They have advertised (YouTube) that they would use trenching machinery to dig trenches. For this job, they didn?t use trenching machinery. Instead, they dug the trenches manually. The PVC pipes were buried to depths ranging from a fraction of an inch to about three inches. The industry standard is 6-8 inches. Irrigation system shut down completely during triple digit temps, and right before we were leaving on vacation. Contacted Home Advisor for an irrigation specialist. Conserva Irrigation responded immediately. Tech was at the house within a couple of hours to analyze the problem. We were provided an online description of service to be performed and a quote, which was reasonable, contract was signed, and work was completed while we were out of town. We were notified via text when work was finished. System is up and running and works great. We will definitely contact Conserva Irrigation for any future irrigation projects.

We had a new irrigation system installed. Conserva provided a reasonable bid and did a professional job just as they promised. Their mechanical equipment is unique in that it identifies wet weather and shuts down the irrigation when it rains.
